Chose this cruise for the itinerary and we weren't let down by this - a good selection of ports, places we wouldn't necessarily want to spend a lot of time in but wanted to visit.

I have just returned from a 12 night Northern Europe cruise with my partner and was rather disappointed by the whole experience. The Navigator of the Seas was a very dated and poorly designed ship, and overall the cruise offered little value for money.

We chose this cruise because of the amazing destinations. Traveling through the Baltic, stopping in Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Finland and finishing up in St.Petersburg in Russia.

There is not enough staff
The bar service was very slow, Trying to get a beverage at the bar forget about it.

Wanted to see more of Europe so booked with Royal Carribean first and last time!
Ship is tired needs a refit though on the positive side is clean.
Staff work hard , long days and are always helpfull.
Sadly the drinks are very expensive $13 for a glass of wine $3.50 for a can of coke !!
There are no price lists at any of the bars so unable to choose other than by looking over the bar . ...

The ship was lovely and on the whole the service excellent and however the service from customer services was appalling. we wanted to see st. Petersburg so we booked this cruise.
the entertainment is not all great. the karaoke nights were terrible. the host did not do much so it was so dull.
the ice show was the lamest of the ice shows on sea that we saw.

Unfortunately the attention of the crew was not friendly. The Wig and Gavel bar, the Two poets bar and the pool bars the crew is so unfriendly and with a constant answer: "NO"....YOU CANT DO THIS, YOU CAN´T DO THAT, NO, NO, NO and a smile from them is almost as asking water to stones. Well, in one time the crew of Two Poets took the luxury of scolding me for a confusion in drinks.
