I went on a Birthday party trip for a family member. The food was not good nor was a variety of free food available during party hours on the boat. We kept having to pay for food. We had to pay for sodas. The sofa table was hard and uncomfortable. No mattress was given. We complained every day and was not accommodated at all. We were given extra blankets to pad the hard surface but that did ...

Booked my first cruse and I did not read any reviews, what a mistake I made. I can not complain about the room, meals or entertainment on board ship. My complaint is with what they charge you for everything else that is not mentioned when you book. Example my husband drinks and I do not, when my husband wanted to buy the drink package for 3 days the charge was $307.98, but they would not sell him ...

Room was dirty, food was horrible. Stay away from Royal Caribbean, try others, their absolutely horrible. Called customer service, alerted them of our concerns, and only was offered $115 discount on a future cruise with them, I respectfully declined after spending almost $2000 on a 4 day cruise and coming home extremely dissatisfied. Room was dirty upon entering. Our dinner reservation was ...

We cruised, not impressed. 17 family members total. Two parents, four (42-36yr old siblings), eleven (1-17r) of those offspring. I’m not and will never be impressed with the noise levels at night in the rooms. Disco night was the first night and we could clearly hear all words to the music played, it played well past 11:30 pm. We asked to please lower the volume multiple times, with no success. At ...

The ship didn't sink so it could have been worse.

This was a spring break trip with my family. This was our 5th cruise but 1st with RCL. We flew into Miami on the day the cruise was leaving since we booked the flights with Royal Caribbean. We arrived just fine and were put on a bus and taken to the ship, no problems. The ship is very pretty and looks pretty well maintained except for some of the artwork around the ship. The shadow boxes seem to ...

Horrible Food

I choose this cruise based on the destination. I should have chosen a different line and ship. This ship boats 10 pools and whirlpools when in fact there are really only 2 main pools and an adult pool. They also count a small slash pool that must be only 1 foot deep and about 2 feet all they way around. They also count a whirlpool that is in the spa that you must pay for. The food is bad ...
