Beautiful ship. Many of the comments elsewhere about mediocre food, poor or non-existent service, long waits and an awful embarkation and disembarkation process we also experienced. This was our fifth cruise. Our second on NCL. I'm not sure what has happened with NCL, as we traveled the epic ship 2 yrs ago and loved our experience.
