Food
A. To many people to serve at one time at buffets.
B. Disappointed because Guy's famous Bar-B- Que was only opened for one day of the entire 5 days and for 2 and a half hours at that. Never did get to sample his wonderful prepared pork we had heard about. His hamburgers were the best I have ever tasted in my life. Loved his fries also.
C. We had anytime dining. We have chose this ...
We chose this cruise because it was convenient and sailed out of Charleston. It only took about an hour to board and start our vacation. That was probably the smoothest embarkation we've ever had. The first thing that struck me was the number of Children. My wife and I have children of our own and never thought it would be a good idea to cruise with kids. This definitely proved to be t the case. ...
We leave near Charleston, so we chose this cruise because the port is so close. The ship is a bit dated but still nice. This was our first cruise so I was a bit shocked at how tiny the rooms are. It was tight even for just the 2 of us. Boarding was a bit confusing once on the ship, but we stopped someone and they directed us where to go. Plenty to do aboard, many bars and shops.

Shorty after we set sail on the Carnival Ecstasy, I was praying for debarkation. The check in process was painless and moved rather quickly which was a pleasant suprise. The first thing I noticed after stepping on to the ship were massive crowds of people. I figured that this was just because everyone was boarding at the same time and that once the confusion subsided and everyone figured out where ...
this new ship was redone very poorly it add two deck and didn,t add a places to feed all the extra people.they took away a pool in the back of ship and add a slide. now they only have a small pool in the center for 3000 . they had two hot tubs for all the quest and one:for 18 and older witch held 6 people. you couldn,t get even closes to the hot tube. the staff was not very good they couldn,t get ...
This was our first time on the Sensation and we tended to compare the experience against sailing on the Freedom and Liberty.
The Cabin. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the Verandah deck and the balcony had a slightly obstructed view. The room was clean, cool, quiet, and roomy. The bathroom was slightly cramped and didn't have enough lighting. Only two small lights over the sink were installed ...
This review is from the view of a mid 20's newlywed couple. We were hesitant about booking a cruise on the sensation based off some of the reviews on here, but we did and extremely happy. Neither of us had been on a cruise before so we were unsure what to expect.
Getting our sail and sign cards and onto the ship was a breeze. We were on the ship in about 30 minutes from the time we arrived at ...
We havebeen on several cruises soem form Carnival and lots on Royal Caribean. This was by far one of the best experiences we ever had. We were shocked after reading soem bad reveiws the night before we left. The ship is one of the older ones but has been refurbished. It was clean. Service was great. I would recommend hte early dinner seating or dine my way seating as some of the shows only have 1 ...
My husband and I just returned from our very first cruise on the Carnival Glory! It was totally awesome! We had a balcony room, which was bigger than I expected. Everything you need and/or want is right there on the ship. The staff was so polite, courteous, helpful....never a frown! They all seem to LOVE their jobs. The Cruise Director, Matt, was absolutely wonderful. We saw him a lot around the ...
