if you want to cruise on this ship - make sure you stay in the "haven" - that is the only way to go - otherwise you are on a ship with 4,000 people - and believe me, it is no treat - they have 2 SMALL pools - one for the kids, one for the adults - try squeezing 4,000 people in either of these pools - ugh!!!!!!!! - but I think most people realize what they are going to get when you cram all these ...

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Sensation

This was our first time on the Sensation and we tended to compare the experience against sailing on the Freedom and Liberty. The Cabin. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the Verandah deck and the balcony had a slightly obstructed view. The room was clean, cool, quiet, and roomy. The bathroom was slightly cramped and didn't have enough lighting. Only two small lights over the sink were installed ...

This review is from the view of a mid 20's newlywed couple. We were hesitant about booking a cruise on the sensation based off some of the reviews on here, but we did and extremely happy. Neither of us had been on a cruise before so we were unsure what to expect. Getting our sail and sign cards and onto the ship was a breeze. We were on the ship in about 30 minutes from the time we arrived at ...

My boyfriend and I went on our first cruise and decided to sail with Royal Caribbean. We read several online reviews about the Enchantment of the Seas and it seemed to have great reviews. We both agree that this was a great cruise and highly recommend this to anyone! We had the buffet lunch on day 1 and it was amazing. Lines were somewhat long, but the food was well worth the wait. We decided to ...

Did not like Nassau but Coco Cay was the best!!

I must start by saying I have taken cruises before so this was not my first. But this trip we went on a 10 year wedding anniversary with the wife who this was her first cruise. While we have nothing bad to say about the ship my grip is with Nassau. I would rather Royal Caribbean spend 2 days in Coco Cay rather than dump me out and waste a whole day at Nassau. Reason: is from the moment they let ...

I have been on 21 cruises in the last 11 years and have sailed on mostly the larger ships. Never having sailed out of Baltimore, my husband and I decided to give it a try. So we booked the Grandeur of the Seas for February of this year. We are used to sailing mostly out of Bayonne and found this port to be a pleasant surprise. Having a problem with my knees, I found the walking to be minimal ...

We havebeen on several cruises soem form Carnival and lots on Royal Caribean. This was by far one of the best experiences we ever had. We were shocked after reading soem bad reveiws the night before we left. The ship is one of the older ones but has been refurbished. It was clean. Service was great. I would recommend hte early dinner seating or dine my way seating as some of the shows only have 1 ...

Who doesn't love a Adventure? My New Bride had a choice of going on a Road trip to Savannah, Ga. or Disney Cruise? Cruise won out. We had gotten lucky to go on the Disney Dream Built in 2011. This ship is huge.. Being out first time on any cruise It was exciting for us both. The crew were Way past friendly and bending over backwards for us. Which I'm sure they did for all the people on board. Our ...

AWESOME FIRST CRUISE

My husband and I just returned from our very first cruise on the Carnival Glory! It was totally awesome! We had a balcony room, which was bigger than I expected. Everything you need and/or want is right there on the ship. The staff was so polite, courteous, helpful....never a frown! They all seem to LOVE their jobs. The Cruise Director, Matt, was absolutely wonderful. We saw him a lot around the ...

Great First Cruise

This was our first cruise so we decided to take a short 3 day one from Port Canaveral. We loved this worn in little ship. The service was spectacular and we always seemed to stay busy. I'm going to make this short and sweet since we took this cruise well over a year ago. The least liked part of this cruise was Nassau. We found it to be dirty and had a lot of "questionable" people trying to sell ...
