The year before our family went on MSC Armonia for our first cruise. The ship was full but it didn't feel crowded and the food wasn't fantastic but we enjoyed it, esp the pizzas. The only good thing about this experience was the ship, it is new. that is it. The entertainment is a joke, the food is horrible, they nickel and dime you, you have to even pay for water. They recently changed it for American market to which water is free. Watch out for $10 a day per person for service charge. They do not tell you unless you asked for the bill. Are you kidding me? This ship had the rudest staff no good morning and the rudes customers ever I have been on several ships and this was the worst .No hand sanitiser as you enter dinning room .Room wasn't clean even when they were supposed to have cleaned it big clumps of somones hair on floor food left outside our cabin not mine .dirty carpets all down the corridor this ship is only two months old God help it after ...
