Naples to the Mediterranean MSC Fantasia Cruise Reviews

Just returned from a Mediterranean cruise with MSC. The embarkation process in Naples was an absolute shambles with no one really knowing or caring what goes on. The staff when approached just shrugged their shoulders and hoped you go away. Their idea of a waiting lounge before boarding is a farce.
