Our cruise was with TUI, Marella Explorer 2. We sailed out of Naples 2nd May 2019. We have cruised 14 times before with many different companies and ships however, we feel that Tui Marella Explorer 2 is the worst ship and cruise that we have ever been on. The only good thing about this experience was the ship, it is new. that is it. The entertainment is a joke, the food is horrible, they nickel and dime you, you have to even pay for water. They recently changed it for American market to which water is free. Watch out for $10 a day per person for service charge. They do not tell you unless you asked for the bill. Are you kidding me?
