We chose this cruise for many reasons. Just returned from cruise with MSC Splendida (Hamburg - Orkney Islands, Iceland, Loch Ness, Amsterdam (was changed to Rotterdam the night before arrival)). Msc was a big disappointment. The fact that they do not have ice tea or lemonade for you to drink is ridiculous. They do not cater to American cruisers.Americans like to have coffee with dinner at a formal dinning room, it was not available and they would not go get it.
