1-10 of 57 MSC Sinfonia Suite Cabin Cruise Reviews
I will not cruise with this line or ship again the staff were rude as was the service in general, the food was not good and the entertainment was even worse, there were only three staff members that were worthy of note, a girl named Anne Carolina Silvera our table waiter called Muliaty and the cabin person (cannot remember his name), they were helpful and did their job amicably and all received a ...
I have chosen the cruise by mistake. If you are interested in the short Mediterranean cruise from Venice select the Norwegian. MSC cruise was very badly scheduled - we had almost no time in Myconas, few hours in Santorini and a lot of time in the least interesting place, Ancona. The service was really bad, I had to ask for several simple thinks, like the safe repair, for days. All simple snacks ...
American Airlines Cruise recommend this cruise and for that they will never get my business again. I have been on numerous cruises Carnival, Princess, NCL & Celebrity and I would pick any of these any day.
We booked an Aura Suite because we wanted this to be a trip to be first class, but we got 3rdclass besides the private sunning area. We were suppose to get priority embarking and ...
As I read through several of these reviews, I'm scratching my head, but okay, I'm going to post MY EXPERIENCE as best I can and hope that folks understand that not only am I a person whose character can be selective (not snobby) and want quality for my hard neared dollar. Also, since there is not a lot on this site about this specific line and this specific ship, not trying to deny other people ...
We previously cruised on Costa, Carnival and Holland America as suite guests. We purchased a suite on MSC. This time there was no champagne in the cabin, no daily fresh fruit, no coffee and no hair conditioner. And no folded towel animals :-)
One of the mirrors was making a rattling noise in rough seas when the boat was rocking. Needless to say the noise was keeping us awake at night.
Cabin ...
I generally enjoyed our time on the MSC sinfonia for our honeymoon. The food and service were very good, and I liked the list of locations that we were going to. However, there was so little time to spend in many of the ports of call, and I would recommend letting guests know if stairs or other options are available in lieu of cable cars, as we waited an hour and a half for one, and we got in line ...
We chose the Cruise due to its destinations. Embarkation was very smooth but as soon as we got on board, there were the staff, very friendly, waiting to sell you things..the friendliness, I'm afraid only really came when then we're looking for tips !! I have to say, we were upgraded to a balcony suite which we cannot fault. The swimming pool area was overcrowded, not enough sun beds and getting a ...
Don’t do it!
Service terrible msc staff rude itinerary was not great spent 2.5 days at sea and did Santorini and Mykonos in the same day the intinerary made out otherwise..
Food options poor and far better tasting in hospital..
Skin infection caused by spa so stay away from that.
Found my bag late on day of arrival 200 metres from room in middle of walkway.
Paid more on board for ...
After staying 3 months in S. Africa, we chose this 24-day repositioning cruise from Durban to Venice in order to go home to Europe in a relaxed way. This was a first for my wife and me (both seniors) and we enjoyed it tremendously. The service on the whole was very good, cabin and restaurant service outstanding. By and large the food was OK, however several times it was quite disappointing, ...
We chose this, our first cruise for two reasons: 1. The rest and relaxation it would afford us and 2. the places we would get to see. We were not disappointed; every place had its own unique history and was a worthwhile visit. The pre-stop talks by Alison were appreciated but not always accurate and lacked practical information for those not doing the organised Excursions. However, that said, the ...
