Great Cruise Yacht Club

Review for MSC Seaview to Caribbean - All

Covid finally allowed us to take this cruise that we had booked for about a year. This is an incredibly beautiful ship. It was operating at low capacity as things were just starting to open up. We booked two yacht club rooms. The yacht club experience was awesome. We are frequent cruisers and this was our second yacht club experience. It does not disappoint. The service was incredible, the ...

This was my 10th MSC Cruise and our second time on MSC Seaview. We decided to upgrade to Yacht Club again as this provides many benefits that we enjoy. We are big fans of MSC and l would like to provide a balanced review. With Yacht Club you get priority boarding, so this was a very smooth and quick process. Our balcony room was great and well maintained by Richard and Michelle. We dined at ...

We were apprehensive after reading so many negative reviews, especially about the food. I honestly don't know what these people were talking about. We had the Aurea experience, loved the Aurea deck, loved the My Choice dining, loved the Specialty Restaurants, loved the buffet, and the gym was one of he best I've ever been in. The only problem I had was when one of the "cruise directors" or ...

This was our first cruise, and whilst we booked it when we were a little tipsy, so glad we did. This was a holiday to celebrate my 40th... This was a Barcelona round trip. We stayed in the city the night before and had an extra night once we left the ship. Barcelona is a great city I've been to several times before so would recommend that. Embarkation was a breeze. As we had Aurea ...

Yacht Club saved us but overall awful! NEVER AGAIN.

We chose this cruise for itinerary, and that it was a new ship, and the price is quite low - but it was awful. Overall, I have to say that it take finesse to manage these big ships in a way that make the passengers think they're having a good time through the day and night, even though they are occasionally waiting in lines etc. The big American lines manage these things well as a rule, but ...

Badly chosen by me but never again

We wanted a quick 7 day cruise around this part of the Mediterranean and the MSC Seaview fit the bill, date-wise and timewise. Wish I had read the reviews first. It was only a short cruise so we shouted ourselves a suite but a suite on MSC is basically a family cabin with zero amenities. We didn't even get a bathrobe. The cabin was dirty and smelled (due mostly to the water in the bathroom), the ...

We went on a family cruise to celebrate our 48th Anniversary and husband’s 70th birthday. It was a long way to go for an average cruise. The ship was crowded and people pushed and shoved and constantly. We felt crowded and rushed. The best part of the cruise was our steward. He was a lovely young man who was so caring and polite and attentive. Our cabin was very comfortable and very clean. The ...

We have been loyal NCL cruisers for years and decided to try MSC for a 20th anniversary cruise. We had never been in the Med, and booked a Yacht Club balcony cabin. The ship was BEAUTIFUL, the service was excellent. I loved that you were never presented with a bill or a receipt to sign for drinks etc when we were in the Yacht Club. All of the staff really seemed to go out of their way to make ...

This was our first cruise with MSC and we have previously sailed on over 20 cruises with various cruise lines (Princess, Carnival, NCL, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Holland America and Oceania). We booked 2 Yacht Club deluxe cabins as my husband and I travelled with his son and daughter (ages 30 and 34). We chose Yacht Club because we wanted to have the privacy and personalized experience of a ...

Oh where to start??? I got on this cruise with high expectations as the ship was new and everything about it seemed to be brillant...couldn’t be further from the truth!! The ship itself is lovely and the staff are good but that’s where it ends!! The entertainment on the ship is laughable, the shows in theater are just repeating themselves, the shows out in the Atrium are the exact same, different ...
