1-10 of 128 MSC Seaside Suite Cabin Cruise Reviews
First of all, we had an absolutely fabulous cruise! It was impressive enough that my husband and I are seriously considering doing a back-to-back next year. I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable cruises I've sailed.
Our upgrade bid was accepted and we were assigned Suite 16051. - MSC Seaside February 29, 2020 - 7 night sailing.
There were a few issues/concerns, 2 of which ...
SIMPLY THE BEST!
Of 250 + past cruises on six different major cruise lines, The Yatch Club was the BEST of LUXURY experiences of ALL past cruises! We have been blessed to be in wonderful suites on other ships and even SEASIDE, but nothing compares to the EXCELLENCE in SERVICE from every single person on staff in the YATCH CLUB!
The ATTITUDE of every MSC emplyee to us and to ALL Yatch Club ...
My family hadn't been on a cruise and the Seaside looked like it would cater to us and our children. The food was in general good. Many choices for the family. We opted for the Aurea experience so had flexibility on the time in the dining room. They do have a very limited Gluten Free menu (which I needed). If you are GF, the buffet is somewhat challenging.
Now the downsides:
1. Time ...
Just a brief note. I adore the MSC Seaside. I have sailed on her 6 times in less than two years.
Each time I sail the Yacht Club. If you are an NCL Haven or Carnival Havana type... sail in YC for the same price and you wont go back!
I will also add I was surprised by the Cruise Critic Meet and Greet. I went to two, one for the February 1st sailing and one for the 8th sailing.
The week ...
This cruise was very disappointing. We did book and paid for a upgrade to a suite, all we got is a regular cabin with a bigger balcony, this is not a suite. Most of the staff is not service oriented and has a attitude, except the entertaining staff and the shows are great including the cruise director. The food is only OK, most of the service unfriendly. The buffet for breakfast and lunch is a ...
Superb ship, well designed with an excellent central atrium. We hadn't travelled with MSC before, and didn't expect such an international crowd on board for a Caribbean cruise. Lots of Spanish speakers, Italians and South Americans, as well as the many North Americans you'd expect from Miami. For us, that's a very good thing, by the way, but just bear it in mind when choosing your cruise. ...
Fantastic cruise for NY Eve time period. 70’s and 80’s party in the atrium was spectacular. Never seem so much excitement. Ny Eve party out on pool deck was fantastic! Ship is beautiful, great spa and the cabana on the pool area in yacht club well worth the money. Cabana included snacks, cooler with sodas, champagne and waters. Great service! Dining in main restaurant okay but not as good as ...
I would like to state that for the most part, the staff on the ship was very professional and very courteous. It only takes a couple to make the trip a negative experience and below is my review.
We recently sailed on the MSC Seaside over Christmas. We had very high expectations when we booked the yacht club as our friends, who were also on the cruise, recommended it to us. I will not complain ...
MSC Seaside Yacht Club Review
Cruising cannot get any better than the treatment one receives in MSC Yacht Club. Who am I? Nobody in particular. Just guy who uses the nom de plume, Rattanchair, on the CC boards with 700 posts and several prior reviews, a couple of which have been removed because of my overly sardonic observations. ( And Plato said “Fools just have to say something”).
‘The ...
We have now been on Three MSC Cruises over the last number of years . We were Super disappointed when we had to cancel for Jan 2021- due to the Covid shut down. Absolutely Loved the private island experience- We were only the second ship to stop there- Even though the crew was basically also visiting the island for their first time, you would be hard pressed to tell. The food on the island was ...
