The worst cruise experience we've had. Our cabin bathroom smells like drains so we have to put our hand towels over the two drain openings to prevent the stench from polluting our whole cabin. The buffet tables are filthy and don't get wiped after each usage or even after each meal time. MSC Sinfonia is one of the oldest ships in the fleet, so don't book for the things it doesn't have, such as Yacht club, speciality dining, robot bartenders, water slides, and big production shows. We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because,the ship kept on running out of food. If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning. We chose this world cruise excited to visit some of our bucket list destinations. MSC said the ship was refurbished in 2023 and they must be talking about the exterior of the ship. The public stairs lot dated with the teal and chocolate motif.
