Review for a World Cruise Cruise on MSC Poesia

We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because, the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. Food if ever it was available it was inedible as it was under cooked. ...

If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning. The baby pool on the cruise was under maintenance ...

We are currently on this terrible cruise Over 500 people on board have signed a petition protesting the way MSC are treating us. 1. So many sea days Change of itinerary increasing itinerary to an extra 20 sea days, less port times, and no compensation for these changes or refunds of tax and port fees. As compared to other cruise companies such as Cunard, princess, costa etc who have ...

MSC said the ship was refurbished in 2023 and they must be talking about the exterior of the ship. The public stairs lot dated with the teal and chocolate motif. The cabins are either navy or bordello red. The furniture in the cabin is worn, sun bleached and dated, think 90’s. Dining options are limited. There is the main dining room offering a selection of reoccurring average to say the best ...

We chose this world cruise excited to visit some of our bucket list destinations. While visiting Egypt became impossible due to conflict in the region we were still thrilled we would be going to Rhodes. But not to be. More than half the cruise has been made up of sea days with substandard destinations. Food has bern appalling with regular absence of fresh fruit, salad and now no coffee available ...

WORST CRUISE EVER

I have been on several cruises and this was the worst cruise I have ever been on. There was no safety muster, MSC has no regard for passenger safety. There was sewer in the cold water on the 3rd day out and MSC never alerted the passengers of this health hazard. When we called it in, the said they were having a "technical difficulty" and not to drink the water. After talking with other ...

The MSC Poesia is a beautiful ship with well appointed high end decor. It is fastidiously clean. Some of the crew members ( the cabin crew, the dining room waiters and some of the servers in the lounges were pleasant and put their hearts and skills into their jobs, but the majority did not. I will never cruise with them again and hope that this review will keep others from making the same ...

STAY OFF OF MSC CRUISE LINES ESPECIALLY THE POESIA This cruise lines is the Wal-Mart of cruise lines. Let me start off with the standard disclaimers, we have cruised over 37 times on most all lines. We really like Princess, Carnival, and NCL. We just took this cruise to see the fall foliage and New York City as we are southerners and this sounded like a great itinerary. The cruise left New York ...
