Great, apart from embarkation and disembarkation.
"As a result of chaotic disembarkation from the previous cruise, we waited over three hours to board to receive our cabin cards, etc.Disembarkation was a little chaotic as all passengers had to vacate their cabins by 07:30 on the day of arrival back in Cape Town and had to assemble in a few bars/lounges/ theatre...."Read More

Probably the worst cruise that I've been on!

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Orchestra

The ship is in need of an update. The cabins were OK but the balconies were uncared for and quite grubby. The glass around our balcony was so dirty that I tried to clean it with some hand soap from the bathroom and the toilet brush but couldn't clean the exterior very far down on the outside this way. The so-called "balcony cleaning" consisted of someone removing the plastic grating along the ...

We chose this cruise as we felt it was very good value for money, and we were proved correct. We arrived at the terminal at 10:30am for a so-called embarkation at 12:00, and found at least a couple of hundred passengers ahead of us whose boarding time was later than ours. As a result of chaotic disembarkation from the previous cruise, we waited over three hours to board to receive our cabin cards, ...

Wedding celebration. Overall we had a very enjoyable trip. The embarkation was tedious due to Covid. The breakfast and lunch were fairly good. The overall impression was that the food was not of such good quality. The coffee and juice were extremely poor quality. Obviously trying to force you into buying coffee from the different bars which were good quality. The service at dinner was lacking. ...

Booking a suite gives one an easy onboard pass. After seeing the ques and listening to people tell how long they stood in ques i was glad of the easy onboard. From arrival to boarding took all of 20minutes. Our previous cruise to this had been on MSC Musica and although the ships are almost identical the Musica was in better shape. Room was excellent. i would prefer a full shower rather than ...

I loved the 5 night cruise. The xtra day is worth it. We were on the ship Sunday at 10h00 which gave us almost a full day on board. We were fortunate to get off at both islands which was awesome. Very hot though so take precaution. The pool at Pomene is great and very enjoyable. The locals at PI offer anything for sale. From Cigarettes to Loacal Rum, clothes and more. The food in buffet area ...

Good Itinerary. Unfortunately, as usual, many whinging & moaning passengers on this good value for money cruise. Our only complaints were related to the slow embarkation in Genoa and lack of satellite TV reception while cruising the Indian Ocean. The ships passengers were multi-national with Australians, British, Germans, Swiss, Italians, French, South Africans etc etc. Public ...

Beautiful cruise to Iceland and Greenland

We chose this cruise after browsing the MSC Cruises website for a itinerary that was a little out of the ordinary. We found this itinerary very interesting because of the stops in Iceland and Greenland. We are former non-adventurous travelers/backpackers (enjoying street food and restaurants, friends' places or motels and hostels, and public transportation or rental cars and, of course, planes for ...

Wonderful Cruise

Review for a Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Orchestra

We have Been on about 6 cruises, worldwide and Mediterranean using RCL, NCL, Princess, and Celebrity. We opted for this 3 night MSC cruise really to test the water and if we liked it go further on a longer voyage another time. Embarkation was a breeze just walked on , we think this was because not all passengers embark the same day as this cruise has passengers get on at most ports it stops at . ...
