My husband and I, got to the ship on the 1st March 202 to be told go away for 2hrs. Umm we thought not a good start!.
Before boarding no refreshmentsoffered which normally happens on MSC.
Room was clean on arrival, and was cleaned daily. No attention to detail but that was fine, felt sorry for the young man as he never stopped.

We have been on several cruises including having used MSC before. This cruise has completely put us off cruising ever again. The positives - The cabin was fine, smaller than other ships but this wasn’t a problem The cabin attendant was lovely, he couldn’t do enough for us. Cabin was small but ok. The cabin attendant was very efficient and some of the staff were very nice and helpful, this is about all I can say positively about this ship

But on this last cruise it was the most disappointing experience iv ever had.
