Embarkation was total chaos - it took an age to be called from the reception hall to check-in, then the check-in seemed very long winded. We were the last to arrive on the ship as our flight which was inclusive did not get into Verona until late. Checking in was chaotic. The cabin we were given was very clean and a nice size. We found the food lacking in imagination and were given very small portions. If we wanted water we had to pay for it. Tea and coffee was not offered.
