Overall I had a really good experience on the ship. However I am not happy/pleased about the following: Coffee & Tea & Juice from the buffet were terrible coffee tasted like hot water with a hint of coffee, tea was the same and the juice....I do not know what juice that was but it definatley was not juice at all. The care of passengers luggage is very poor and with the result two of our bags ...

Love cruising. Always take friends and family with. It's a relaxing and enjoyable way to travel. Love the evening shows and shopping for something special. The service from the bartenders is sometimes rude The service from the photo area is very poor, they are simply rude. The cabin steward in our suite was not helpfull. Towels wher not fresh everyday,as with qall our previous ...

Why is the photos so expensive. When you dont buy it they throw all away?? Their are many people that look at the photos but dont buy. It is very nice pictures but really expensive. Think about cheaper prices as to throw everything away.. The food staff rooms and entertainment is very nice. On our 2 nd trip their was also more fish available. Deserts and so many of a variety of fruits were ...

My family and I had an amazing time, i had my girls with me and they had a blast. They was always something for them to do and they loved the music and entertainment Our cabin was clean and it was kept that way throughout the cruise, even the kids beds were made for them. My kids loved the food, i had the tastiest ice cream ever and the cocktails were the best. I am always so paranoid when ...

the 2 stop-overs at Portuguese Island and Pomene Islands made this trip exciting. I can safely say i loved Pomene Island more than anything else...the white fine sand and the shady coconut trees make the island full of life. we never had hassles embarking or disembarking because we always had offers to get priority service (in addition to the excellent en suite cabins topped with a ...

However we had always been reluctant doing a cruise this was an eye opener. We hardly knew we were on a ship absolutely stable, the gentle rocking was the ideal way to fall asleep with. We are already looking to book our next cruise in 2020. Embarkation through customs went smoothly in the port terminal, however, on the ship it was somewhat disorganized with no clear indication as what the ...

Having have cruised with MSC on a number of occasions, our most recent is only our second local cruise, as prefer to travel abroad, with longer itineraries and really enjoy the Repositioning Cruises. We did not expect the same level of service and attention to details as we would receive on an international cruise, however MSC definitely delivered on this cruise which enhanced the experience. ...

The disembarkion was very bad the ports people explained nothing the ships people said nothing about loosing a whole day at the port and embarking. We lost stop at one port no explanation and it was explained. Ship was great entertainment for kids was great. Drinks on the deck was watered down compared to the rest of the ship. Services in reception was chaos. So out to 4 days I only enjoyed 2 ...

Wanted to experience the Musica compared to others. Disembarkment in CT was a disasteras there was no discipline and people left the ship even though they were expected to wait.People smoke in non smoker areas with a sign above her head in the casino and they take drinks inti the theatre and nobody does anything,so instilling discipline of officials is zero.No Italian dress up evening as they ...

Over crowded

The cruise was very over crowded. Unless you have a spacious balcony room where you can enjoy a view and privacy there is no place on the ship where you do not compete with your fellow passengers for a space to just sit and relax. Even the children's entertainment was over crowded. Before going on the cruise my children ( 6 and 12) was very excited to join the childrens activities until they ...
