1-10 of 139 MSC Sinfonia Cruise Reviews for Fitness Cruises to Europe
We chose MSC cruises based on their "family friendly" policies and although the reviews weren't great we were willing to give it a go.
I have previously cruised with many other lines, however these were all pre-children and so i was interested to see if this was going to be a good way to travel with a small child.
I will state that not all my findings were within MSC's control and some ...
We chose the Sinfonia for our November cruise as we'd had a brilliant experience on the same ship in May. Unfortunately, six months is a lifetime for this ship.
Departing from Venice, the embarkation was chaotic, unlike the earlier easy and almost seamless experience in Genoa. Not enough staff and a shoving of Italians all trying to push past made the experience one to forget.
The lifeboat ...
This cruise started from Venice and started out badly - the embarkation process was a nightmare. It took us just over 2 and a half hours of standing around with little assistance from MSC personnel.
The food was not great either in our view - certainly in the main evening dining. It could have been better prepared, more spices and attention to the taste. I know the kitchens cook for 2000+ ...
American Airlines Cruise recommend this cruise and for that they will never get my business again. I have been on numerous cruises Carnival, Princess, NCL & Celebrity and I would pick any of these any day.
We booked an Aura Suite because we wanted this to be a trip to be first class, but we got 3rdclass besides the private sunning area. We were suppose to get priority embarking and ...
MSC were well priced and fitted in with the area we wanted to visit at the times we wanted to visit.
The destinations were all fantastic and, without young children, this cruise would have been good...
Problem is.....the kids club timetables aren't really co-operative with the already limited time on the destinations...
IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, AND WANT TO USE THE KIDS CLUB, ENSURE YOU BOOK ...
We have travelled with MSC many times and have always been satisfied, however, when the service model changed recently it seems so has our opinion. The embarkation process was a complete joke, keeping people outside the terminal for hours in the blazing sun pushing heavy suitcases. From then on it went one way, down! As we had no choice but to pay the service charge we expected the service to be ...
Our cruise on MSC’s Sinfonia was our 5th cruise. We have previously cruised with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and MSC. Our cruise last summer on MSC’s Musica was the reason we booked with MSC again.
We are not picky and we had a great vacation on Sinfonia but it is definitely our least favorite of the cruises we have been on. The main reason was the food. The quality of the food was very good, ...
I originally heard about MSC from a work colleague and this is now our 3rd time with them.
I cannot recommend them more highly.
I had read one or two negative comments before booking the Sinfonia trip but I honestly think it is wonderful.
On all accounts our trip could not have been better.
Everything was done to perfection.
The customers were from many different parts of the ...
My Wife & I did a 7 night cruise through Croatia & the Greek Islands.
The excursions were a good option if you want to see and know the history, some were brief visits , but you will know that when you see the intinery that you have booked for the particular Cruise.
The entertainment and shows are amazing top[ notch.
Staff were helpful and obliging .
If you want top class meals they ...
I am rating this cruise Excellent, basically due to the Itinerary. You are in Venice, Split, Santorini, Mykonos, Dubrovnik, Ancona, and back to Venice. Here are the pluses of the cruise ship. It's a smaller cruise ship compared to the "mega ships" out there today, and that's the type of ship I personally like. I do not care for the super large ships. It reminded me of old world cruising. The ship ...
