1-10 of 884 Western Caribbean MSC Seaside Western Caribbean Cruise Reviews
We chose this cruise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Over all, the ship is nice. The crew is very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautifully maintained by our cabin steward. The food could use improvement. The main dining room is adequate. The food is good. The wait staff is excellent and extremely friendly. Their service made all the difference. The buffet gets boring and repetitive ...
Dirty rooms with stained carpet, sofa, beds.
No tissues, lotion.
Toilet paper was like gold. Every day I asked the room steward for it. He just ignored me, even when I put the empty roll on the sink so he would see it. When I got food poisoning from the food, I had to call the customer service desk 4 times to try and get toilet paper over a period of over an hour.
The decaf in the ...
Do not listen to the bad internet troll reviews. We had a great cruise on this beautiful sparkling ship. We chose this cruise for the fact that it left from Port Canaveral. My 90 yr old Mom lives about 1 hr from Port. We drove right in to the port early and dropped bags. Went to park the car which was right across the street from the ship. Best parking ever! Parking was $$$($145/ 8 days). So if ...
We selected this cruise for two primary reasons: 1) it sailed out of Canaveral which we have found to be an exceptionally easy port to start a cruise from (half the drive for us, and much more more pleasant than Miami or Lauderdale) and 2) this sailing spent two full days at Ocean Cay.
This was our first time sailing with MSC and after reading some of the reviews I will admit I was a bit ...
We booked a last minute cruise out of Port Canaveral on MSC Seaside. This was our first MSC cruise. We have over 20 NCL cruises, several Royal Caribbean, Princess, and Carnival cruises. We booked a "deluxe balcony" cabin. Not quite sure what made the cabin "deluxe". The 7 night cruise went to MSC's island, Ocean Cay, Casa Maya, and Cozumel.

- Ocean Cay, MSC's private island is nice ...
I was told that this was a 5 star ship.. It was pretty to look at.. While going to our room, the smell of mold/mildew in the hallways, our room smelled, there were no Kleenex or wash cloths in the bathroom, bathroom, very very small. We were never introduced to our stator room attendant.. when I got into the bed, I felt something, it was very bumpy, like little knots all over the bed. I pulled ...
This was my 2nd cruise with MSC, and though my 1st cruise was decent and had some hitches, I was willing to give it a 2nd chance. Never again! Would NOT recommend.
I will start off with the pros...
The ship is nice and the price is right. Cabins seem to be a little more roomy than other lines I've cruised on. Most of the nightly shows are quite good, though some better than others. Food is ...
I’m writing here because a month after my cruise MSC has not sent an opportunity to review my cruise. This is in spite of the fact that several times on the cruise we were told that MSC reads and reviews each review.
As far as ships go, the Seaside is a good vessel. The amenities were good and our cabin was much like any other cruise ship I’ve been on. Our issues seemed to stem from ...
After multiple cruises on Princess, Celebrity and RCI, for this cruise, we needed to sail out of Port Canaveral. Our agent suggested we try MSC.
We booked a balcony in the Aurea class which gave us full access to the Thermal Spa. We really enjoyed this entire area, especially the Snow Room. The Aurea "sunning" area was very private with its own private bar. I never saw more than 4 people at ...
MSC Seaside (10/1/23 - 10/8/23) - Port Canaveral
Experienced cruisers 20+ trips on ncl, rccl, princess and celebrity.
This was the worst experience we have had on any cruise line. Will never cruise on msc again.
Pros
1) beautiful ship - msc knows how to build and maintain ships as a shipping company.
2) Cheap fares
Cons
** we both tested positive for covid at the end of the ...
