First of all, we had an absolutely fabulous cruise! It was impressive enough that my husband and I are seriously considering doing a back-to-back next year. I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable cruises I've sailed.
Our upgrade bid was accepted and we were assigned Suite 16051. - MSC Seaside February 29, 2020 - 7 night sailing.

NOT AMERICAN FRIENDLY, very few spoke English, and were told Ashley, a manager that they are not American friendly and if we had googled it we would have know, other passengers mostly European were were rude.my husband uses a blind cane, they didn't care. SIMPLY THE BEST!

We chose this cruise for several reasons, 1. The price was great. 2. They were offering a special drink package, with wifi and $100.00 cabin credit. 3. They upgraded us to our highest level that we had with any other cruise line, and on top of that they upgraded our cabin. OMG, can't say enough praise to all employees on the MSC SEASIDE..
This is our second msc seaside cruise that we talked two couples into going. They all loved it.
Very quick embankment this cruise.
Rooms were very clean and always kept up to our satisfaction.
Food was excellent as USUAL..!!
Hand sanitizer available everywhere by employees..!!

My family hadn't been on a cruise and the Seaside looked like it would cater to us and our children. The food was in general good. Many choices for the family. We opted for the Aurea experience so had flexibility on the time in the dining room. They do have a very limited Gluten Free menu (which I needed). If you are GF, the buffet is somewhat challenging.

Worst cruise experience ever. Have cruised several times on a number of cruise lines and would not recommend MSC at all. Service was poor, food was lousy - same thing every day and not that good. Ship was full of international travellers so you had to hear all announcements in about 4 languages - even interrupted shows at night for announcements.
