I chose this cruise because I had such a good time three years ago on the MSC Meraviglia. I was looking forward to an equally enjoyable time on the MSC Seashore. MSC Cruises is an awful cruise line. Everything about this cruise was totally off and disappointing.
I'm not going to go into detail because MSC Cruises doesn't even deserve the gift of feedback to make improvements. My advice to prospective guests is to look at the Cruiser Rating and read the reviews.

This is among the most beautiful ships we have sailed on, and it would be very easy for the MSC company to make it perfect. First of all the service is great. Awesome cruise experience! Yacht Club was head and shoulders above the Haven on NCL and the Suite Life on Celebrity. We have found our new go-to for amazing service coupled with a good value.
