"The boarding was over 4 hours late
The staff were great when could get them they were so busy
The dining was hit and miss we had the early seating, but the staff were very limited portions were not that big, except for the prime rib, which was great
We had a person in a wheelchair with us it’s very difficult to get an elevator there were too many people always everywhere you want it to be
Our biggest problem was, we weren’t made aware that if you had an early disembarkation you needed to keep your luggage with you in your room to take out on your own.I have not met one person on this cruise that says this was a great time everyone complained...."Read More

Had a great experience, with friendly staff and good entertainment. Good for families. Embarkation was a breeze, though self disembarkation was slow. Buffets were not too crowded, did not see any long lines. The food was good with variety to choose from though some of them felt bland. The deserts were great , as was the coffee and the breakfasts.

For background we are a couple around 70 years old. Have cruised about 15 times on several lines so not novices, but not super cruisers.

It looks good and I have been on MSC cruise before and the price was good .so in return MSC greed use bad quality food to make up what a stupid strategy.
