Long delays to get off ship. No organization whatsoever with lines. Stood in line for a total of 5 hours to get on and off the ship at newport, with no explanation or apology. First, the good things about our recent cruise on the MSC Meraviglia.
The ship is beautiful and clean. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed. The only complaint was the strong odor coming from the shower. It was a very strong and a pungent chemical-type odor. If you kept the shower door closed you could not smell it.
