We went on this as a family cruise. all adults It was the worst cruise that I have ever been on and I have been on a few. The people were not nice. The bartenders were not nice no one hardly ever smiled. The food was awful.., not a lot of entertainment, I will never cruise on MSC again , it’s not often that you can just go to Europe. We thought we were going to have a great time and no one on the ...

We (family of 3 adults) just disembarked from our MSC Fantasia cruise (a mediterranean cruise); it was our first time with this company. For more than 20 years, we have done several cruises throughout South and North America, as well as Mediterranean cruises. We have used different companies and ships, but none of them were so consistent in bringing 100% negative elements to the cruises’ ...

Brazil being on our travel bucket list and cruising being our favourite type of holiday we thought this holiday would be perfect. It was the complete opposite. Food- Disgusting. Raw chicken, tiny portions, horrible selection, half the buffet shut, need I go on? I think MSC are keeping the cuttlefish afloat as for some strange reason that was on every night. The food was so bad there was times ...

We found a good deal and brought the extended family. The good: the ship is good enough, lots of cafes mostly closed when you need them. Staff overall good and helpful, some exceptions. Cabins are small and older looking. TV like a postage stamp with white noise. The bad: The buffet is like a crocodile feeding ground. Food mainly carbs and mostly poor in taste. Although the manager was very ...

Discriminating Cruise Line with No Customer Service

1. Unprofessional crews are undertrained, ruled, and disrespectful. One crew even threaten to call the police when I asked him questions about my passport status. (They send someone very unprofessional to collect customers' passports). 2. Don't get on the cruise in the first place. And don't purchase any excursions with them!! I booked a shore excursion with the MSC excursion desk. I was ...

This was my first cruise and it has put me off them. The attitude of the staff was disgusting and rude. The cruise was a rip of with alot of hidden extras and then when we complained about being charged extra we were told we were lying and they believed their staff. The kids club didn't have much entertainment or set activities and our children found it boring. We upgraded to the easy plus drink ...

I have to say that I am not a fan of short cruises during school holidays and my recent cruise on the MSC Fantasia confirmed this. Firstly I commend MSC for the cleanliness and the overall level of maintenance of this older ship. The crew – as on all cruises I have taken were welcoming, full of smiles and ready to go out of their way to satisfy cruisers. Being a round-robin Mediterranean trip ...

Subject: Our experience on board the MSC Fantasia cruise ship. Embarkation in Genoa (Italy) on November 2, 2019, disembarkation November 20 2019 in Santos (Brazil). On November 2, 2019 we flew with the KLM to Milan. That went well. Then we drove a shuttle bus to Genoa, a journey of more than 2 hours. We had a cup of coffee on the plane around 10 a.m. and then nothing more. We did ...

This was not my first cruise with MSC,in fact it was about my 7th or 8th mostly transatlantic from Santos, Brazil to Europe apart from one to the Caribbean. Prior to this I had done a mini cruises with Fred Olsen. To be honest, after my first cruise with MSC in 2013 I was quite impressed and wanted to go again, which I did more or less ever year following. In 2014 cruising again from Brazil to ...
