My partner & I booked our first cruise with MSC departing Genoa and have been extremely disappointed & let down by the whole experiance & the following complaints will expalin why. 1. We boarded the Fantasia in Genoa, having flown to Milan from the UK. The transfer provided by MSC from Milan to Genoa was superb. Just 6 of us in a very comfortable minivan. Boarding was very smooth and organised and we were able to go straight to our cabin before having some late lunch in the Zanzibar Buffet. The cruise itself was very enjoyable with very few niggles. This is quite a new ship which has a wow factor when you step on board. The atrium is impressive with comfy seating areas for avid people watching. The cabin we had was a midship balcony on deck 9 and was spacious, comfortable and kept spotlessly clean by our excellent cabin stewardess.
