Horrible

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

We tried to make the most of it! The ship headed right into a tropical storm so one of our stops we stayed on. Half the people were sick on the boat. The 8 hot tubs were always closed, we got into 2 shows because they were always full, the hallways were always crowded. The lay out was horrible and the elevators were slow ( I did get my steps in)the had lots and lots of stairs. Seemed like ...

My mother and I booked this cruise for my handicapped sister to enjoy. It was the K-Love cruise and I will say that the K-love staff and performers were the only positive experience. Everything else was absolutely awful. The staff was rude, aggressive, entirely unhelpful, and acted as though asking for a water was an inconvenience. The only place with free water was the ...

Very disappointing!!!

To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing. I looked forward to this cruise as it was a New Years cruise and I was very excited to the food and entertainment and the overall spirit of the New Years celebration. But I will start from the embarcation. We got a Balcony cabin and also an upgraded Auria package that entitled us to a priority boarding. We arrived to Miami Port 10 minutes ...

Cruise from Hell - I will NEVER cruise with MSC again!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

Embarkation: I truly felt sorry for the first time cruisers on this ship because it should not take 4 hours to embark onto a ship. But then I met other people who waited up to 10 hours to board the ship. That's insane!!! There was no communication or updates from workers. No water or snacks were provided. Everyone seemed incompetent and didn't know how to handle adversity. After waiting for 3.5 ...

I went on the 18 day cruise out of Miami on the Divina starting on 12/17/24. This cruise was my birthday (12/16) present to myself that went terribly wrong. After standing in line for around 6 hours, I get to my room at 9:37 pm. On the ship, dinner was only available at the buffet and there were so many people, food was coming out under cooked like the hot dogs.  At 12:00 am on 12/18 my room ...

YC NOT SO YAGHTY.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

Yacht Club, Balcony cabin. Check in was horrific. Lines forever. Even with YC we had to wait 3 hours to board. NO drinks, snacks or extra service for at least 2 hours of the wait time. Finally when we were moved to a larger area we had water and the norm for YC. There were physical fights in waiting area as there was no direction from staff as to where the "general Pop" was to wait. So YC ...

Worst Cruise ship I've ever been on!!!

I was presented with a free cruise but let me tell you, I wouldn't come back if they paid me. The least accommodating ship is putting it nicely. At every turn I was stalked and questioned and treated like a child. There was an argument every time I wanted to change my dinner time. Bar service is extremely slow except by the pool. The one saving grace is the casino management and their professional ...

Choose them for price & itinerary, service was bad, buffets are $2.99 Las Vegas style, our suite & balcony were unusable for seven days due to work during day, cruise on board managers are unavailable, hand gel stations constantly empty, slow service, tables, chairs and public areas are unavailable due to staff allowing them to be reserved even when they are used for hours & hours. Staff do not ...

We took a B2B cruise on the Divina from January 20 to Feb 6. I’ll be honest, this was our test cruise to see if we would ever book on MSC again after many problems with their IT and two previous bad MSC cruises. One was at the start of COVID and the other was March, 2022. We have sailed twice on the Divina pre-COVID (five star reviews) and enjoyed our trips but this one was a major letdown in so ...

Worst cruise ever

I Booked an 11 day cruise nearly 1 year ago along with 5 other families. From day one, whenever any of us called customer service we were given conflicting information to various questions. IE: drink packages...does the dining room have tables to accommodate 12 in our group. Obviously their representatives do not know your product well enough too give the same answers. I searched and ...
