Our family is relatively new to cruising, as this only being our fourth. Our first was on the Carnival Elation and the next two being on the Holland America Rotterdam. The ship is completly unorganized. People are unfriendly. They do not honor the promotions in you're package (specifically the spa) handing management paperwork from msc directly still did not honor the package. I too don't know what the deal is with all of the 1-star reviews, or perhaps I do...most people are insufferable jerks. Did I wait too long for a drink once or twice? Sure, but it was not due to the excellent staff who all worked very efficiently with a great attitude. It was typically due to short term volume of orders of fancy cocktails.
