Cruise Route: Barcelona, Spain > Marseilles, France > Genoa, Italy- Civitavecchia, Italy > Palermo, Italy > Valletta, Malta
This was my first time on any cruise and it was a phenomenal experience. The staff was soo welcoming that I didn’t want to leave, most esspecially Mercy a buffet attended. We were the largest family on the cruise and her service was exceptionally awesome. Always checking ...
So for some context this was our 30th cruise with 6 different cruise lines, 6th with MSC and 3rd in yacht club.
Hands down this was our favourite ship ever.
Pro's-
The ship is utterly incredible. Yes it's massive, but there are so many incredible venues and locations and although it was full it felt like it handled the numbers well.
Loads of swimming pools and massive hot tubs. It's ...
We rebooked on another bargain cruise in Yacht club on Euribia. We loved every minute and look forward to returning soon.
The yacht club is well run and all our needs were met. Fabulous staff including butler Abhi and assistant butler Timmy who spoiled us rotten. Any issues were immediately rectified by them along with the excellent concierge team.
Food was top notch and restaurant staff ...
Despite the negative reviews of MSC I chose to cruise on the Seaside because the Caribbean/Antilles itinerary was exactly what I was looking for. 6 Islands in 7 days. I booked an MSC excursion in each port and found the guides to be friendly, informative and fun. I had especially been looking forward to the Botanical Gardens and beach tour in Guadeloupe because I really enjoy the British detective ...
OK I have read all the reviews about this ship and had very low expectations. We are an Irish couple who have cruised with Royal, NCL and mostly Princess and a few MSC. The price was good and we thought well it can’t be that bad.
It was a great cruise.
Food excellent good variety and quality. Tip avoid the buffet it is a bit manic. Go to the dining room for breakfast lunch and dinner and ...
We have just returned from a cracking cruise on the MSC Euribia and we had a really good time.
The embarkation was so smooth and from dropping off the bags to getting to the room was all of 10 minutes with the bags coming 10 minutes after that. Disembarkation was also very smooth and we were off the ship with our bags in the collection area within 10 minutes.
Cabin was perfect, we had a ...
We (2 adults) chose this cruise specifically for the date (it fit our calendars) and the ports - Martinique, Guadaloupe, St Lucia, Barbados, St Vincent & Grenada).
I was a bit hesitant because of all the negative reviews but WOW! We did not have a single complaint. Nice cabin (comfortable bed, veranda and full size couch.)
The food was good at both the dining room and buffet BUT the ...
This was the first time my family and I cruised with MSC and we were impressed. The ship was beautiful and we enjoyed our experience traveling through Northern Europe. From the time we checked in and departed everything seemed very seamless. Our cabins were nice and clean and everyone was very accommodating. There was always something do on the ship while at sea and my kids loved the arcade ...
If you read the reviews this ship you would hesitate to book .
But I can honestly tell you that the negatives are either very unlucky or habitual moaners and whingers ( I suspect the latter )
We had a superb Christmas cruise around the Caribbean ….loved the itinerary where you sail from one island to the next through the night and have a full day off the ship exploring .
Seaside is a ...
I’m taking the time to leave a positive review of this ship for those who are doing their research as I was. 5 days before my Fiancé and I set sail for a week on the Euribia I stupidly started looking at reviews and of course, people only take the time to leave negative ones and not positive. I was thoroughly panicked.
However - We loved the ship, the crew were great, the balcony room and it’s ...
