MSC is different, but that's not a bad thing

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

The wife and I took our 10th anniversary cruise (and first cruise ever) on the MSC Divina. We were originally going to try Virgin, as the kiddos were staying home with the grands for this one, but by the time we booked Scarlet Lady was full. MSC caught our attention from YouTube and online research. The price point was hard to beat and we weren't looking for a megaship for our first time out so ...

That cruise was choosed because of itinerary and value for money. It was right choice, everything was great for rookie. Most impressive thing-in all ports, when we came back from shore excursion, the ship personal was waiting in the pier, offering cold wet towels and cold orange or lemon water (the days were really hot and lot of moisture). Shore excursions (bought from MSC before embarkation) ...

MSC DIVINA – 03/03/24 thru 03/10/24 When i sit down and do a review, the first thing that i always try to do is get to the bottom line – i really like the yacht club in msc and will be doing this again as soon as possible. that being said, as a company, at the customer service level pre-sailing, these folks have some serious problems that gives horrible service. i will touch on pre-sail first ...

The ship may be beautiful, but the organization is terrible. Not enough tables in the main restaurant, not enough sunbeds by the pool. Daily lack of Jameson Whiskey, Jack Daniels, Brandy etc and carbonated water!!!! at the bar of the Black Crab Restaurant and other restaurants that were included in the drink package I purchased. The evening dancing in the black crab restaurant full of alcohol ...

We tried to make the most of it! The ship headed right into a tropical storm so one of our stops we stayed on. Half the people were sick on the boat. The 8 hot tubs were always closed, we got into 2 shows because they were always full, the hallways were always crowded. The lay out was horrible and the elevators were slow ( I did get my steps in)the had lots and lots of stairs. Seemed like ...

2024 / 2025 KLOVE Cruise out of Miami

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

This was my first cruise ever, and an exciting opportunity to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I have been a long time listener and donor of KLove, and was thrilled to be on an all Christian cruise. Unfortunately, some of our experiences were beyond words, and we couldn't get off the ship fast enough. The MSC Web Check-in process was never fully accessible, so many phone calls had to be ...

This was our 3rd cruise with MSC - we traveled on the Klove cruise in 2015, 2017, and this past January. This will be our last time with MSC - this past trip my husband and I traveled with my sister and her husband Here are my notes… Positive Boarding was much simpler Tarzon was very helpful at the customer service desk Negative Upon check in - sister & hubby were told ...

My mother and I booked this cruise for my handicapped sister to enjoy. It was the K-Love cruise and I will say that the K-love staff and performers were the only positive experience. Everything else was absolutely awful. The staff was rude, aggressive, entirely unhelpful, and acted as though asking for a water was an inconvenience. The only place with free water was the ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

We only cruise out of the New York area and wanted to get to Mexico. This cruise stopped in both Costa Maya and Cozumel. Ship is gorgeous. Food, if you can get it hot, is OK. Getting the food while it's still hot at a sit down restaurant is challenging to say the least. Had to go to into the cleanup area to speak to my waiter because he forgot to bring our dessert to the table one evening and ...

Currently on MSC Meraviglia ,absolute crap. Go at your own costs but be warned , service is shocking, the noise on deck 14 through the ceilings from the food marketplace morning noon evening and late into the night is unbearable . No sound proofing so all chairs being pulled out by customers to take their seats , tables being moved, trolleys being pushed can all be heard through the ...
