That cruise was choosed because of itinerary and value for money.It was right choice,everything was great for rookie.
Most impressive thing-in all ports,when we came back from shore excursion,the ship personal was waiting in the pier, offering cold wet towels and cold orange or lemon water (the days were really hot and lot of moisture).

The ship may be beautiful, but the organization is terrible. Not enough tables in the main restaurant, not enough sunbeds by the pool. We tried to make the most of it! The ship headed right into a tropical storm so one of our stops we stayed on. Half the people were sick on the boat. The 8 hot tubs were always closed, we got into 2 shows because they were always full, the hallways were always crowded. My mother and I booked this cruise for my handicapped sister to enjoy.
It was the K-Love cruise and I will say that the K-love staff and performers were the only positive experience.
Everything else was absolutely awful.

We only cruise out of the New York area and wanted to get to Mexico. This cruise stopped in both Costa Maya and Cozumel. Ship is gorgeous. Food, if you can get it hot, is OK. Go at your own costs but be warned , service is shocking, the noise on deck 14 through the ceilings from the food marketplace morning noon evening and late into the night is unbearable .
