We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because,the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. This cruise line is terrible. Boat is over crowded , kids running and fighting in the adult only sections. If is days adult only, enforce it. I understand kids will be on a cruise, but there are adult only areas for a reason. Private Island stop is cancelled because the captain can’t dock the boat. The crew were very polite, the food was not bad either, and our cabin was kept clean! That is the nice thing I have to say about the cruise! Rather than that it was an expensive cheap cruise. Horrible experience so far. Over crowded everywhere queues for days to do just about anything, including accessing lifts. People are frustrated and impatient and thus pushes in lines and literally fight for space in the pools. Dirty. Cheap food. To top it off our ship is stuck in the Harbour. Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. The ship was overbooked and you had to wait in line for everything. You had to wait in line to used the spas and you had 10 minutes maximum allowed in it. The trip from NYC to Port Canaveral is really bumpy. A lot of passengers were seasick and you could smell the vomit while walking on the ship.
