Review for a World Cruise Cruise on MSC Poesia

We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because, the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. Food if ever it was available it was inedible as it was under cooked. ...

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

I have been on many cruises and several cruise lines and this was the worst. I will never do MSC again. Most of the staff was rude. The man at the service desk was rude and came back at me when I told him this is the worst cruise I’ve been on. They were not nice to the kids. The sheets on the bed had little balls all over, and the pillows were horrible. The bathroom was so tiny that if ...

Horrible experience all around.

This cruise line is terrible. Boat is over crowded , kids running and fighting in the adult only sections. If is days adult only, enforce it. I understand kids will be on a cruise, but there are adult only areas for a reason. Private Island stop is cancelled because the captain can’t dock the boat. It’s currently 82degs clear skies and a 12 mph wind so all excursions and the trip to the private ...

Worst cruise line by far

This was our first and last experience sailing with MSC. In all honesty, the problems began far before we even boarded the ship. Their website is horrible. Their customer service phone lines were just as bad. Getting answers from anybody varied depending on who you got to answer the phone that day. It took me multiple phone calls just to book an excursion. Several more phone calls to change the ...

Not worth it!

The crew were very polite, the food was not bad either, and our cabin was kept clean! That is the nice thing I have to say about the cruise! Rather than that it was an expensive cheap cruise. The ship was croweded, you had to search for launge chairs to sit, you had to stay in lines for everything, from the hot tub to entering the restaurant. The worst thing was their internet packages. I believe ...

Msc nightmare

Horrible experience so far. Over crowded everywhere queues for days to do just about anything, including accessing lifts. People are frustrated and impatient and thus pushes in lines and literally fight for space in the pools. Dirty. Cheap food. To top it off our ship is stuck in the Harbour. What a terribly disappointing experience. Stuck for another 3 days hoping to 'cruise to nowhere' instead ...

we booked this as it was in the school holiday and their wedsite said they have a full planned cruise activities for kids as well as 4 kids clubs for all the differnt ages. kids club was closed for most of the trip and we were told sorry they are under staffed. so we were stuck with our kids and all the rest of the boats passengers too. so kids were running and screamming every where. then we were ...

Worst cruise we have been on

Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. I even explained it was for gluten issue and was still rudely told no. ...

Filthy ship and the food taste like SPAM pork.

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

The ship was overbooked and you had to wait in line for everything. You had to wait in line to used the spas and you had 10 minutes maximum allowed in it. The trip from NYC to Port Canaveral is really bumpy. A lot of passengers were seasick and you could smell the vomit while walking on the ship. Our room was not well clean as you can see in the pictures. I found some disgusting ...

Late to everything/High School Cafeteria Food

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

This cruise was set up by a friend due to the price. Well I guess you get what you pay for. - The food was awful. I have been to school cafeterias with food equal or better to the food on this ship. It was also the same everyday. - Several nights we would not eat at the restaurant we were assigned to because the food was not good - Our dinner time was 830 pm. We asked to change and they ...
