I didn’t like it….

FOOD:As a vegan I found the food to be lacking. There were some options but there wasn’t an ingredient list or clear vegan label on everything. I feel like the set up could have been much better in the marketplace buffet. There is a lot of room for improvement here.In my opinion it’s very outdated and low budget. The pizza with no cheese is basically what I ate all week with salads. Gets very ...

We went a weekend and we really had a good time because in the end it's a vacation but inside the cruise very bad service the food was fatal too many people to such an extent that there were endless queues I would never repeat. You had high expectations and I left very disappointed it's really my experience I made the mistake of not checking the comments first and for me the worst thing was that ...

This was our 3rd cruise with MSC - we traveled on the Klove cruise in 2015, 2017, and this past January. This will be our last time with MSC - this past trip my husband and I traveled with my sister and her husband Here are my notes… Positive Boarding was much simpler Tarzon was very helpful at the customer service desk Negative Upon check in - sister & hubby were told ...

Tired ship, dirty room and poor food…and mirrors EVERYWHERE

Was recently on board for a convention as a first time cruiser. I was frankly hesitant as I’m not a big fan of crowds or lines or being trapped on a boat. So, I had a pretty low set of expectations..and unfortunately, my fears were realized. Nothing on this trip made me want to go back on a cruise with MSC or any other cruise line. Entry/Exit was simple, and that was one of the best ...

Awful food but did save best for last!!! Should be renamed Mediocre Slop Cruises

I was on the cruise based on Winter’s fantastic retreat. The cruise ship, though remodeled, had pockets to reflect, but overall, it was an old, standard, confusing layout ship. The food was awful, with not much variety. I agree with previous posts; the best item was Pizza, better than most cruise lines. I can deal with mediocre food on cruises, but the service was mediocre at best. I would give ...

Boring and the food sucks

The ship is pretty. However there’s nothing to do on the ship. They have over priced dollar store crap in their stores and minimal shows you can attended. Most other cruise lines have fun activities planned all day long. MSC doesn’t they have one major show that’s performed 2 times a night. Their staff is actually pretty rude too. The food is weird. On their island they served some odd items ...

First observation when we arrived at the pool deck, no music, only a very disappointing 15-20 minute animated game throughout the cruise. we had to use our own speaker…. The pool was too deep, and the jacuzzi was overload. Chair was very dangerous and broken. The quality of the food has dropped significantly compared to Seascape. Almost no seafood etc and very basic menu. unfortunately only one ...

Pros are supposed to go before cons, so I will put the positives first, but please don’t miss the negatives later in this review, because although there were a few redeeming qualities, make no mistake, I would never sail with MSC again. First positive, all the staff below the managerial level deserve to be commended for being true, if not powerless, delights. We had many wonderful interactions ...

Very attentive to special needs but otherwise extremely disappointing

Immediately the staff was very attentive to my special son & my elderly mom. They accompanied us & by passed the lines in order to get them out of the elements. The checkin staff was very friendly and accommodating . The “handicapped” rooms were the smallest of all the cruise lines we’ve been on, making it very difficult to navigate around- especially with a wheelchair bound son. . My wonderful ...

Never sail this line Again

As a first time cruiser with my family, this was a very disappointing experience. We seemed to be on a very full or even overcrowded ship. The rooms looked larger than what was portrayed. Luckily we purchased 2 cabins for four people and yet we still felt like the rooms should have been larger. The cost for the trip seemed too good to be true and it was. From the time you enter ...
