We chose this cruise as it sailed from Southampton. The only good thing was ship was clean and nicely decorated. We went to resturant first evening my husband order sirloin steak which was like shoe leather! I had chicken breast which was ploncked on chips no sides! Recommended by travel agent, having cruised for over 20 years with many cruise lines we found this quite disappointing, customer service was lacking and some of the staff were quite rude and unprofessional.
