The worst cruise experience we've had. Our cabin bathroom smells like drains so we have to put our hand towels over the two drain openings to prevent the stench from polluting our whole cabin. The buffet tables are filthy and don't get wiped after each usage or even after each meal time. The hand sanitisers at the doors to the dining areas are all empty and a lot of people on the ship are sick. ...

We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because,the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. I would like to give ZERO star, but I can't. MSC is a low, low, low quality cruise. If you like good food, avoid it. The meals offered are POOR and quality not so good. I have sailed with MSC in 4 different ships in the past, Splendida, Poesia, Euribia (the best so far) and lastly World Europa which was a huge shock! We were staying in cabin on the 11th floor with infinity ocean view boarded at Palmero with fantastica experience. Issue 1: They do not clean you window. We were stuck with a dirty window for 5 days without anyone cleaning. When you complaint the room attendant say she promise they will clean on the next day. Under no circumstances would I ever sail with MSC again. The cabin (while very comfortable) was on deck 9 (directly above the lounge). The ship looks beautiful and really modern, was very impressed on the 1st day; then things got worse: When the sea was rough and very windy, the ceiling panels made such loud sounds that we couldn’t sleep. If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning.
