We chose to cruise with MSC because the route (Valletta, Santorini, Mykonos, Civitavecchia, and Syracuse) was very appealing to us. And each port was absolutely stunning and offers a great deal of variety and character to please everybody.
Boarding the MSC Divina at Valletta was very easy and well managed. I can only assume they left these members of staff in Malta because from that point on ...
This was our introduction to the world of cruising we decided to choose MSC due to the competitive price and the ports of call.
We were travelling with the elderly so the boat needed to provide on board entertainment and that did not disappoint.
First impressions of MSC were good very well organised at the port on the day of embarkation, check in seemed to be repeated as we had already ...
Very good 7 days would love to do it again. First class . Looking forward to my next cruise. The service in the restaurant was amazing and I and my family just loved it, you could have as you could eat a d the selection was amazing. The intertainment was great but not outstanding, the only point I would make is that the lifts were very slow and for the amount of people trying to get into the lift ...
My family has taken about 20 plus cruises and MSC did a fairly great job in meeting our expectations. This was our first MSC cruise. I would say the highlight of this cruise was definitely the entertainment! the shows each night were elite! the dancers were exceptional. the pianist Antonio at the L’Atmosphere lounge was extremely talented. We ended up there every night. Edwin the waiter in the ...
Just stepped off a 9 day Med cruise on MSC Splendida. This was my 11th cruise but my first with MSC and it will definitely be my last.
The positives; its not a bad looking ship, bars, resturaunts and theatre look attractive. Our balcony cabin, aft facing, was large and comfortable but that's about all I can say that's complimentary.
The negatives; the food was, for the most part, atrocious ...
Let me start by saying staff are FABULOUS however the rooms are very shabby, like a poor quality 3* hotel at best. They are kept as clean as possible by the staff but the carpets are grubby and stained, the sofa also stained and grubby from age not a lack of attention from staff.
Pool areas are really awful, like a bad version of a Butlins camp, overcrowded and horrible walking through tatty ...
My husband and I took the European cruise from Civitavechia Italy to Syracuse,Malta, Santorini,Mikonos then back to Civitavechia from 9/8/23 to 9/15/23 and want to tell you about our bad experience. However, there are personnel on the ship that stood out above the bad moments we had and made us feel better and welcomed. Thank you Gede assistant waiter, Wayan waiter, Luis assistant Bartender and ...
After reading the previous bad reviews I must admit I was very worried. Well, all I can say is as a family ranging from a 1 year old to a 70 year old, we have had an absolutely wonderful cruise.
The staff are very attentive and friendly, and great at remembering your name and order. From the bar staff, table servers and room service. The food was lovely. Always plenty of choice, always hot and ...
I recently embarked on a Mediterranean cruise with MSc Musica, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The cleanliness of the rooms, particularly on Deck 8, truly stood out; they were impeccably maintained throughout the journey, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The real stars of the cruise, however, were the staff. The waiters, including Walber, Josue in the L’Oleandro restaurant and Santosh ...
The ship is nice and room was lovely, however we had problems with the shower, every time we used the shower the bathroom flooded which apart from being a hazard it was an inconvenience. The ship was full and there were queues everywhere especially at the buffet, pools were always crowded, most of the staff were not helpful maybe because of the overload of work due to many people being on board. ...
