Average at best, terrible disembarkation and embarkation processes. Front desk and customer services dont care and on ship and off have done nothing to address my concerns. We felt there was a lot of waiting in lines. But the guests were very rude, arrogant & pushy. And people invade your space. Waiting for a shuttle bus, for approx 200 people and only one arrived a fight broke out.
There needs to be more organisation. There is hardly any waiting staff around the pool & go to the bar you would die of thirst waiting to be served.
