This ship is beautiful, however organization for embarkation and disembarkation was awful and staff are rude.
I've traveled with many cruise lines and have never left a bad review. I understand things can't be perfect but will never cruise MSC again. Disembarkation was the last straw.
On disembarkation day, Accounts woke me at 6:00 am saying my credit card needed recharged. I could see ...
This is a beautiful ship. We had 12291, which is a room on the back of the ship (balcony extended) overlooking the adults only pool. We had a pretty good overall experience, we were supposed to be on Carnival Freedom but it had a fire and was cancelled and we scrambled and got on this MSC ship. The staff is absolutely amazing. The Aurea level is worth the drink package and thermal spa (loved their ...
The thing I enjoyed the most about the cruise is the food at the teppanyaki restaurant, the attentiveness of the staff, and disembarking the boat to check out the islands.
The things that was not so nice was
EMBARKATION
Embarkation is a night mare. Unless you are a member of the yacht club, or pay for express embarkation, prepare to wait on multiple long lines before u get inside the ...
This is a beautiful Ship. My Cruise started by telling the Guest Services Supervisor "I have been in line for 15 minutes, quite sure, this is not where to get a wrist band.
He replied "No, you were sent to Deck 5."
Prior to that I listened to them argue with the guy in front of me and realized why. I proceeded to Jewelry as sent, who sent me to the Hub. There, the same guy was demanding a ...
This was our 4th MSC cruise. This was the second time we have been in the Yacht Club (YC).
Overall we had a great time.
SHIP: The ship is absolutely gorgeous and was kept very clean by the staff. It's the type of ship where you can go into the same lounge or area and notice something new every time. The attention to detail was evident. The ship is new so I had high expectations and I hope ...
do not believe the reviews on Cruise critic. when I first saw other people's complaints about the ship, and I was not so ready about going. But when we arrived, it was a whole different experience the other people had. we actually enjoyed the ship. the activities on the cruise ship were actually good for other people to have a good time and relax. I went to the hall of games, the pirates cove ...
I just came back from MSC “Seashore” cruise, Miami’s newest cruise ship, I’ve been to Disney “Dream” cruise and RCL “Allure of the seas”, And this is our first time with MSC and I must say, We are really impressed with this luxurious, elegant and modern mega cruise ship!!!
First, I would like thanks to Ms. Sheila's. - Manager of guest services & Shondell M. - Multimedia Manager, and their ...
I’ve cruise MSC in the past on two different ships out of Florida. I’ve enjoyed my experiences with MSC. This was my first time cruising on a mega ship and I figured a good time to try it before capacities are at 100% again. I would never want to be on this ship at 100% capacity. I’ll quickly go over the pros and cons.
Embarkation was typical despite being provided with assigned times for ...
Hey All,
Just returning from my first ever MSC cruise experience (and honestly, only my second cruise ever, the first being on Holland America Eurodam pre-pandemic). I boarded the brand new MSC Seashore on January 22 for a 7-night Eastern Caribbean Itinerary that included stops in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and the well anticipated Ocean Cay Marine Reserve in the ...
SO- SO Seashore is NO- NO
Overall takeaway: I wouldn't recommend the Seashore to anyone at this time as MSC SEASHORE operates with BAIT AND SWITCH and HARD SELLING tactics. Both which impacted my enjoyment of the cruise. MSC puts too much friction between the guest and making simple choices such as food, drinks, entertainment, internet usage and simply relaxing in lounge chair too difficult ...
