We went to the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic. The ship was beautiful and had many amenities. The lady who took care of our cabin was extremely friendly and helpful. The other staff ranged from very nice, to professionally polite, to very stressed out. The food in the buffet was as good or better than any buffet I've been to. Unfortunately, the service in the main dining room was awful. This was my fifth cruise. If it were my first I might have said "Well it's hard to feed this many people at once." But since I've seen it done amazingly four times before, I was shocked at how poorly this one performed. Many other cruisers felt the same way. All of the servers seemed to be very frazzled. On two nights we ordered drinks with our prepaid plan. They took our vouchers but never brought us drinks. On another night I had asked three people before I got a drink (took about 40 minutes.) The second person I had asked brought it to me and said "See, I bring you drink. You don't need to get me in trouble." They seemed to have no idea what was going on. There were a few reserved tables but most people were seated at random tables when they came in. But there was total chaos because sometimes they wouldn't see the reserved signs and seat people at those tables and then ones who should be there would get all upset. Mostly you saw servers walking around aimlessly with parties of two looking for a place to seat them. I could go on, but you get the idea. They also billed me for laundry I didn't do. When I went to the desk to fix it, I overheard that the two parties in front of me were also billed for something they did not purchase. I also received a notice saying that my daughter and I did not attend the emergency muster drill, though we did attend and used our cards to sign in. We also received an email that they had sent all of our information including passport numbers to one of the other guests who agreed to delete it all. While in a line later, I talked with two others who got the same email, so probably everybody did. Last but not least, we were in one of the last groups to get off, yet it still took over an hour for hour luggage to come out. All this to say, that I would not do an MSC again. Read Less

I wasn't a big fan of cruises, but after my experience onboard the MSC Divina I got so enthusiastic about it that I will cruise again very soon The ship was amazing, the crew and the personnel super helpful and extremely nice. When I asked for some shoe cream one of the hostess gave me her personal one! The Spa, the Gym and the "Yacht Club" area were simply stunning and my cabin was top notch. Food, cocktails and snacks were delicious I cannot comment about the excursions since I took only one short trip ashore (which was very nice indeed) but the excursions lists was extremely rich and diversified The only cons I can think about is the fact that outside of the Yacht Club area some common spaces were a little bit crowded but I guess this is unavoidable during high season Overall, a five stars experience Thanks to MSC for this unforgettable experience Read Less

I and my son took that cruise starting July 2nd, ending July 5th, departing from Port of Miami, cruising to Port Canaveral and Nassau, Bahamas, returning to Miami. The good thing about the cruise was that I bought an inside cabin and they put us at a balcony cabin at the 11th deck. First they do not informed us the time we are allowed to embark. Only the time of the ship departure. Later we learned that we could have embarked from noon and the restaurants would open at 2:30PM. We embarked at 4:00PM and the ship would depart at 7:00PM on the dot. The ship is enormous with a length of more than 1,000 feet with 16 decks and capacity for more than 4,000 passengers and 1,400 crew members. Due to the crowd filling anytime the food deck on the 14th floor it was difficult to serve with calm and expect to stay some time at the lines. It was hard to serve with quiet and calm and everyone seemed to be in a hurry. The waste of food is very huge. The ship is luxurious with several restaurants. Be prepared for lunch and dinner in the scheduled hours of your shift, because the delays are not well received by the crew. The ship has a good casino and a marvelous and enormous theater with very good presentations every night. Now the bad things with the cruise: Most of the passengers without any education that do not respect the right of others; the water at the pools are discomfortable and very hot; very tight schedules for everything on board with no options; very few options for beverage with no payment, for instance, you will only get free orange juice at lunch hours at the 14th deck. At other times you have to pay for everything besides coffee, milk, water and tea. The disembarkation time was very tight as we have to let the cabin exactly at up to 7:00AM. Due to that, and the hurry, the worst happened. I missed my small light gray belly pouch with 1,200 dollars inside all in 20 dollar bill on the bed, inside the cabin. As soon as I discovered the loss, after disembarking, I came back to the port and asked for assistance from a MSC representative at the ship exit, at 9:00AM, indicating my cabin 11206, but she reported that nothing was found. I don't understand how they can take a small bag with money, closed, with two zippers and haven't delivered it to the lost and found department. I've claimed to the MSC Cruises and the Cruises Direct by email and phone, without any positive result. Unfortunately I do not recommend these cruises to middle-aged people. The maid who was in charge of my cabin was the only person who had access to it after my departure at 7:00AM. So that cruise was very unfortunate to me, a true nightmare. Read Less

Destination wedding! Beautiful day, horrible cruise. This line needs lots more training and working with SO many passengers... NOT a space in the pool... there were 4,300 people and children galore.. Food was mediocre.. Entertainment, was the quality of high school musicals... poorly themed.. Staff was ok, PORTER was great! Never go again, as there were way too many problems to be resolved. 3hours to dis-embark.. nightmare! Sadly this ship had a lot of unhappy cruisers. Buffet was ok, food was ok, pizza wins the prize for best on buffet.. Dinners, were at beat luke warm. options were not well designed. Couldn't get a drink at dinner till you were almost done with your dinner. Sadly, it wasn't what I had expected or paid for. There isn't a trash can on the ship. No hooks the the bathrooms for your purse, right outside the dinning room. However, Fabo the mater D was amazing. Very accommodating. We will not be coming back. Read Less

MCS Divina, This was a good cruise. I spent a good time with my family. The spa was excellent is a beautiful place and on of my favorite is PUTU, very professional. But during does days the security during the night was very poor. In the disco any age of kids go in. Minors were drinking and getting together with adults that were not part of their family. In the dinning room the supervisors were very strict the first day, I asked for an arrangement and they never made it for my family but during the week they change an were more friendly. The menu was good but not for all taste. In the food court the menu was delicious and for everybody. The bartenders were excellent , nice, with respect all the time and very friendly special in the casino and the pool bar. My cabin was nice and clean. The entertainments were good. The cruise is beautiful , clean, spectacular, and fancy. I enjoy my trip but cruise can do more to make for everybody an unforgettable experience. Some people made my vacation unforgettable they were Anthony Pereria, Agung Arjun Chris and the staff that work in the casino bar during the nights and the pool bar. I cruised on the MSC Divina for the first time for the Def Leppard cruise. From the beginning, the employees were rude, unhelpful and uninformed. Check in was excessively long and they don't even let you provide your credit card for onboard charges. They send you off on your own to figure this out, which wastes time when trying to start your vacation. The first mistake by MSC was to allow the promoter to book only half the ship for Def Leppard cruisers. Imagine a bunch of rock n roll fans who expect a rock n roll experience, but they are instead mixed in with families and regular cruisers. The result was the Def Leppard cruisers, who paid a lot more for this cruise than the regular cruisers, were treated like second class citizens. The employees had no information about our specific activities, didn't care to find out and did not want to help when weather interfered with plans to have our bands play on the pool deck. One day it rained and the bands scheduled to play on the pool deck couldn't play there. MSC had no contingency plan and it took them half the day to figure out how to provide the entertainment the Def Leppard cruisers paid for and were expecting. Any other cruise line would've planned for such adversity and implemented Plan B within minutes. Once they actually had a Plan B, it wasn't communicated to DL cruisers until the last minute because the regular cruisers were more important than those of us who paid more for a special experience. Our bands were also denied places to perform because MSC had other events scheduled in those spaces (one guy playing an acoustic guitar.) They should've reevaluated and planned better. The food was very mediocre in the buffet and the restaurants. At dinner time, more than half the buffet stations were closed and the buffet was packed. Though we had late night entertainment scheduled, the buffet served only ballpark food. The main dining room left a lot to be desired. The service was fine but the food was bland. The servers didn't understand what we were ordering for a drink and brought the wrong kind of wine. They then had us point to what we wanted on the menu. I've traveled all over the world and appreciate other languages and work well with language barriers but this was ridiculous for a cruise leaving from the U.S. carrying mostly English speaking passengers. Poor planning by MSC. Bartenders at bars were also slow. I have never seen a more unorganized vacation operator. If they want to be in the business of providing unique, tailored cruises, they need to overhaul their operations and customer service. The MSC communication team should be ashamed of itself. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not under any circumstances book a cruise with this cruise line. We were on a special cruise for Def Leppard. I was told by several people who booked the cruise that they were NOT informed that it was a Def Leppard cruise. So we had about thousands people on board who had no idea they would be on a Rock n Roll Cruise. This understandably pissed them off. Extremely understaffed which led to unhappy and unhelpful staff members. Several times we tried to get drinks at the bar and the bartenders ignored us. The food was just like fast food. The pizza was was just okay, a couple of times it was cold when it hit my plate. Not many options on the salad bar, I can get a better salad at Ruby Tuesday. If you happened to get fresh pasta, it was good but not great. The fresh made omelets in the morning were good, but small portions and at least twice the eggs were under cooked. The buffet lines were set up backwards. For example, the salad bar was laid out with the salad toppings and dressings at what you would think would be the beginning of the line. This lead to mass confusion when trying to get food. Several times we got our food and by the time we found a place to sit the food was cold. There were tables not being cleaned off efficiently. I do not blame the staff for this, I blame management for thinking cutting costs on staff would be acceptable. The one night we went to the actually dining room, our waiter got several plates of food wrong. A gentleman sitting with us had to ask for his drink 4 times before it was brought to him just in time for dessert. Our second port of call was cancelled due to weather and there was no back up plan. We were left with an extra day at sea, it was too cold to be outside so we spend time wondering around the ship only to discover because of their staffing issues only two bars were open on the whole ship. So You had 3,000 people with no where to go and they couldn't even drown their sorrows in alcohol because you couldn't make it to the bar. They nickle and dime you to death. I understand that cruise ships have alcohol and coke packages and maybe a specialty restaurant or two that are at an extra cost. But everything except the buffet and the dining room was an extra cost on this ship. I heard several people complaining that they order water (WATER!) with their alcoholic beverage and were charged extra. There was also a 15% service charge on anything you ordered, which I understand the waiters need tips but when you automatically give tips the level of service goes down. Overall, very unhappy with the way the cruise ship was being managed. The only positive thing I have to say about the whole ship was that there was always hot water in the showers. I would not go on another cruise with this cruise line even if I was being paid to do so. Spend a little more money to save your insanity. Read Less

I have cruised with Holland America, Norweigan, Costa and now MSC. NEVER AGAIN. Embarkation was ridiculously long with zero help even though I purchased a package that included PRIORITY boarding. Texted and emailed the "help line." NO help. Safety drill was INSIDE the photography studio with too many of us (wearing life vests) crammed into a tiny space. No SAFETY explanation. Okay, so now we are at sea. Bars are jammed, table service non-existent. It was a DEF LEPPARD Cruise. Families and elderly were NOT told that at least half the ship were 80's rock fans. There was a naked guy in the pool and in the elevator with little kids holding their parent's hand! NO STAFF to scold him. Events were cancelled due to horrendous weather. First port we were told to stay on the ship as the ship wanted to leave ASAP but we stayed there ALL DAY in a CAT 1 hurricane. Second port we didn't even try. Stayed at sea going around and around. Why not go to Miami? At least it's a great port and not involved in a CAT 1?? Food is horrible! Everyone lives on PIZZA. Staff needs a ton of training. They seem to hate everyone on board. Blow dryer is nailed into a drawer, room not made up properly, ship is old and the MIRRORS will drive you crazy. This is one of those ships with zig zag hallways instead of straight ones so you don't know where you are until the cruise is over. My Balcony room 12219 was the SMALLEST BALCONY cabin I have ever had. No sofa, a mini desk and a Queen (I paid for a King) bed. That's it. Balcony just large enough to squeeze two chairs. Getting off the ship was HORRIBLE too. We were told we had an open tab even though we registered a credit card with Guest Services. After waiting in the Atrium for over an hour to disembark, we finally got to the ramp to get off only to be sent to GUEST SERVICES to pay our bill, which was SERVICE CHARGES ONLY. I will start off saying that I have cruised on NCL, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Celebrity and NEVER have I experienced anything remotely close to the HELL I experienced on the MSC Divina! I boarded the MSC Divina in Miami as part of the Def Leppard cruise. I was excited to be going on this ship as my sister has sailed on it several times and raved about it. While it was an amazingly beautiful boat, the only pros on this ship were the size of our room and our wonderful room steward. Embarking on the ship was fine. When I did my on-line check-in, the computer crashed, so when I checked in on the boat I told the agent that I needed to confirm the credit card used for my onboard account and verify that I was not charged for two alcohol packages (MSC's site crashed while I was doing my on-line check-in). I was told I had to go to customer relations onboard. I thought that was a little odd because any other cruiseline I have sailed on handled these issues at check-in. No big deal. I go stand in line at customer relations and a very rude agent advised me that my credit card was not charged for onboard credit and I had to use the kiosk to load money onto my onboard account. That was their standard practice. I have never had to do that before and it was a little bit of an inconvenience, but so be it. I also asked the agent about my drink packages and she advised me that I had to go to the casino to pick up my drink tickets. Another line to stand in was inconvenient when others were purchasing their drink packages right at the customer relations area, but again, not a big issue. Muster drill was a bit of a hassle because unlike the other cruiselines, you have to actually bring your life jacket with you and then return it to your room. This was an inconvenience because we then had to run to sailaway so as not to miss the sailaway party featuring some of the bands we were there to see. These little inconveniences were nothing compared to what we were to face for the next 4 days! Food - absolutely DISGUSTING. Black Crab Dining Room - We tried the dining room twice and there were very little items to choose from and what we did have, was horrible. Service was extremely slow as well. Buffet - Nothing but a fast food area with a little bit of pasta. The buffet was mainly pizza, burgers, hot dogs, tuna and chicken sandwiches. There was one station offering various pastas, but they were mediocre at best. There was an "ethnic" station which was horrible, a salad bar, some fruit and a few desserts. I have NEVER gone hungry on a cruiseship before, but all that was edible on this boat was pizza. After four days of solely eating pizza, I never want to see pizza again! Being so disgusted with the dining room and the buffet, we attempted a pay restaurant. That was no better. As we sat down in the Italian restaurant, the gentlemen behind us was complaining to the waitress that his pasta was undercooked and his steak was overcooked. I can't confirm this because I jumped up and ran out at that point! I didn't need to spend money on the same horrible food I was being served elsewhere! When I returned home and asked my sister about the food she had when she was on the MSC Divina (as a regular cruiser, not part of a charter), she was telling me about wonderful lobster tails and shrimp. I couldn't believe it. I can't confirm this, but I wonder if MSC may have downgraded our food because we were part of a charter? Drinks - Epic fail! First of all, to get a drink anywhere took extremely long. But worse than that, I ordered a drink package. On board, I was told that my drink tickets included mixed drinks such as pina coladas, drinks of the day, wine, beer, etc., but never in my life was I ever charged for MIXERS! Yes, Mixers! I.e., I ordered vodka & cranberry and the vodka was included but not the cranberry! My friend was drinking vodka & soda water and they wanted to charge for that as well! Organization - Note that this was a Def Leppard cruise and that there were a lot of people that booked this cruise not knowing that. I understand the concern and believe those individuals should have been advised of the Def Leppard patrons. I did not experience a problem with this, however, I heard there were many angry patrons who were NOT there as part of the Def Leppard cruise and were not happy. Note that I had sailed on a prior cruise on Royal Caribbean and when I boarded, I did not know it was a Harley Davidson cruise, so this is probably the norm on the cruiseships. (I did have an awesome time though). However, where MSC fails is that due to horrid weather (we were unable to disembark at one port), the bands were not able to play outside (a part of which we paid for as members of the Def Leppard cruise). Rather than MSC accommodating our group, we were sandwiched into a small lounge and were completely agitated and miserable. I think MSC should have moved some of their other shows around to accommodate our group. Misleading Salespeople at the Photo Area - We had taken several photos which we purchased. I met someone who had purchased a few photos and when he got to his room, he realized he picked the wrong photo. He told me that the people at the desk would NOT allow him to exchange it. On top of that, we ordered what we were told was the "Def Leppard" dvd. There was a dvd of some karaoke and ship event highlights playing at the photo area and when I asked the salesperson is that the "normal ship dvd", she said yes and told me the Def Leppard version was a different one which included some clips of the bands, etc. that were EXCLUSIVELY part of the Def Leppard charter. I was told we could not pick up the dvd until after 9:00 pm. Since there were concerts going on, we were unable to pick up the dvd that evening. We were surprised because we were not told that the photo area would close before the shows ended. We had to race down and pick up our dvd before we disembarked the boat and when I got home and watched it.....it was the ship highlights and NOT an exclusive Def Leppard charter video! Disembarkation - From hell! We were assigned a disembarkation time of 10:00 a.m, but had to depart our room at 7:00 a.m. If you did self-assist, you could disembark at 6:45. We chose to disembark. After spending TWO HOURS on line, we were finally able to get off the ship from hell! It was the first time I heard people, including myself, actually CHEERING when we put our sign and sail cards in the machine to disembark. NEVER AGAIN with MSC!!!!! Read Less

On the Divina on a recent rock cruise. Been on lots of cruises but first with msc. As it was a specialist cruise, clearly did not have any choice of ship. Have to say I would not go with msc unless i had to. They simply don't compare to the other cruise lines eg celebrity, Royal Caribbean and princess. Bad points- -Customer service prior to the cruise was non existent. Still waiting for responses to my two emails and the request for a call back ! Come on msc-that's just common decency ! -arrived at the private island and they would not let us get off. It was bad weather fair enough, but they could have stayed for a bit longer to see if it cleared up or even taken us to another port. Instead they just upped and left. Other cruise lines would have done some form of small gesture for this eg not charge the service fee for that day but msc did nothing. -The staff on the ship are ok but not to the standard of other cruise lines. The steward did not come and introduce herself as they usually do, the staff don't say good morning etc. -the cleanliness is not there, no staff at the buffet entrances getting you to use the dispenser so most people did not bother. The toilets were not regularly cleaned throughout the day. Glasses left everywhere the following morning. -There are mirrors everywhere ! Seriously you would not believe, it's not nice -Bar service very very slow. -saw a female staff member shouting at a young male staff member -really laying into him in front of all the customers. You would never get that with other cruise lines. -There is a nice indoor pool but no sunbeds meaning you can't actually stay in there. Only tables and chairs. Very odd. Positives -To be fair the divina is beautiful. The buffet food was ok but not much variety. The pool was nice. But that's where the positivity ends. Sorry msc but you are not in the same class as other cruise lines and would not sail with you again. Nb -the non rock cruisers (half the ship) were not informed of that half the ship would be rockers ! How bad is that ! Read Less

I took my wife on the Def Leppard cruise as a birthday celebration, and to give MSC a try, this was our 9th cruise... I'd read about all I could find about Divina prior to the cruise and so was aware of others misgivings. While certainly not a perfect cruise, it was no where the life shattering experience others claim. Yes, the weather wasn't great and a performance on the pool deck was postponed- they did slow the ship down and tried to position it to minimize the wind. It would've been better to have the show moved to another venue, but that's for MSC to explain. As with several negatives about the cruise, both sides dropped the ball; which is odd since this wasn't the first theme cruise for either party. Quite a bit of the negativity I think comes from a share of the passengers who were drunk and stupid even before boarding.....complaining when looking for your boarding photo that DL wasn't the back drop? really, that ignorant?? You didn't see the ship as the backdrop??? I agree that it was "different" from other cruise lines to need to go to the reception desk to set up the onboard spending account, but it went well for us. Maybe the attitude you give is what you receive... Also agree a good portion of the staff could be more engaging, but in my travels in portions of Europe it came as no surprise. Not saying anything negative about it- it just is what it is and one accepts it; hopefully they will continue trying to improve catering to Americans if they're going to succeed here. I've seen several comments about how the Muster was handled. Agreed bringing flotation devices wasn't the greatest idea (a demo from crew would suffice). While MSC bears the ultimate responsibility of presenting it; at least at Station E the passengers would not shut up and pay attention, the few who did try could not hear anything. You fools- this is for YOUR benefit! I at least did see staff pull one lout aside who couldn't bother to bring his vest or listen. Yes, the weather was unfortunate and affected a lot of the cruise. Nothing any human could do about that- some cruise lines would give monetary consideration, some don't. There was rain and wind, hardly a hurricane. We got off in Freeport for a bit of quick shopping- nobody ever said you couldn't. At Half Moon Cay, the seas were not safe for tendering. Wandering up and down the Bahamas the rest of the time was monotonous and an alternate port of call would've been good, but I don't know the intricacies of unscheduled porting a cruise ship, maybe it was too involved for the amount of time we'd have been there. The food.....we didn't try any restaurants, as we like buffets for variety (reasonably portioned). The entrances to the buffet posted layouts of both Calumet and Manitou sections, showing icons and names of all stations. It was strange that dinner sections were pretty limited, and late night basically a few salads/sandwiches and fruit. I do fail MSC there. Breakfast was pretty good (didn't care for roasted bacon though), lunch we thought was the best. Variety and taste were very good if one bothered to look around and maybe be adventurous. The Ethnic station had a fine paella, jerk chicken and others. The pizzas were decent, but I thought they'd be better if they did a mix through the day, not the four daily varieties.... I really do agree the servers are understaffed, which sets up the situation of dishes empty for too long--- MSC gets hammered on this and has to improve. We DID enjoy the ship itself, the stage shows were pleasurable (wish the pirate show would've been part of this cruise), we really enjoyed the overall lack of smoke; and I'll certainly entertain the idea of another MSC cruise-- on several conditions. My husband and I sailed on a theme-based cruise (Monsters of Rock) so we did not pick the cruise line. Having only cruised once previously (and many years ago), we went with no expectations. We had high hopes for this Italian-based line - especially the food. How completely disappointing it was to find out MSC thinks that hamburgers (with processed cheese), hot dogs, french fries and pizza are an every day staple. I felt like I was reliving my high school cafeteria days! And this was lunch AND dinner every single day, and it took up half the buffet. And everything had pork in it. Guess what? Not everyone can eat pork. Of course there were 2-3 different types of pasta available - but all taste the same, and was mushy (not al dente) and cold. As a matter of fact nothing cooked stayed hot - only the weather stayed hot. Trays were left empty of food - just scraps left - even though MSC boasts having food all day. 1 of 6 specialty restaurants were open - only 1!! Guest Services and bartenders did not understand English so we had a difficult time with service in general. Upon arrival, the safe displayed an Error1 message when inputting a code. Had to walk around with our Passports until the evening because it took 4 phone calls to get someone to the room. Body wash is supplied for showering but every day the used wash clothes would be removed and not replaced. Again, language barriers. Sink ran out of hand soap by Day 3. Called 3 times to have it filled - and then they sent someone to fix the dispenser, not fill it. Most surprising were the public washrooms. There was astroturf taped to all the floors. Yes, ASTROTURF. In the Men's washrooms???!!? Absolutely disgusting. And how hygenic can that be?!?!? Thank God for the Artist line-up and fellow MORCruisers. They made our cruise a trip of a lifetime! Read Less

We have a ball wherever we go. The glass is always half full as they say. that being said there are a number of things that MSC MUST do right away or they could alienate the US market and possibly have to move what is a gorgeous ship back to Europe (or some other locale). Boarding-It seems to be a very lengthy process to check people in. My suggestion to management would be to time the average check in time frame. We clocked most in the 10-15 minute range per couple, which is far too long when you have 3,400 people to board. We arrived at the Pier at 4PM and were finally on board at 5:45PM. Ship-The ship indeed is Gorgeous. Super clean and just stunning visuals everywhere you look. The entire ship feels fresh and new and the cabins are beautiful. Warning: Bring a bar of Soap as they only dispense body wash in the showers ( We loved the Shower Capsule). We say this because three of our friends cabins didn't have washcloths, so they were not sure what you were to use the body wash with. We had washcloths so we were fine! Food-Wow- Here's where they need to fix things and fast or they are going to be lost in the crush of competition. Try as we might, the food is just plain horrible in the dining room- No two ways about it. the service is just as bad. It's like they need to throw out the play book and start all over again. I read other reviews and I really wanted to shout- "No trust me- It's better" but alas it isn't. the buffet became our sanctuary and we lived on Pizza which is VERY very good by the way. However when you get Risotto slopped onto a salad plate ( Do you not have bowls?) Or a cup of soup where some have a garnish and some don't and some are full and some are half full or Prime Rib Entree's that resemble shoe leather - Well we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Management can't sugar coat this- They have to address it. Entertainment- Was pretty good- they seemed very poorly lit - I'd get someone with theatrical lighting experience in there. The singers and dancers are all good and this is an area that MSC truly is showing promise. We loved the Cirque-esqe touches of the shows. Musicians throughout we all great and the entertainment staff seemed to really be working hard to make sure everyone had a great time. Few other notes: Spa/Gym is really nice. Drinks are very generous size ( and strength) and the coupons you can buy at any bar are a very good deal- If you even plan to have 2 drinks a day get these it will save you lots of $$. Overall we had fun as we were with a group of friend but MSC needs to take the Chef and Maitre D to task, as their areas of oversight will ruin their ratings if they can't improve the experience.   Read Less
