It was as if the staff had been told to push to sell everything to you, even had to pay for bottled water in the cabin which was a first for us having been on other cruise lines .And there were more speciality restaurants (have to pay ) than included dining .

Embarkation was slow, slow, slow, as was disembarkation. Disembarking the ship was 30 minutes behind after only 60 minutes. We decided to walk off before our time to make our travel connections and found no line, either getting off the ship or at customs. This is the second time I have cruised on MSC Divina during New Years holiday. The first cruise in 2018 / 2019 was nice I’m not sure what happened this year because it has really gone down.
