Second Time Wasn't a Charm
"• After the second day the main pool no longer filled its surrounding floor tile (which held 2" of water) so people could sit, lounge, and cool off. With the masses being 40’s and above early seating at 530pm, and show at 730PM, we were expected to wait until the teenagers left the Disco at 11 PM to enjoy adult time and music...."Read More

2024 / 2025 KLOVE Cruise out of Miami

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

This was my first cruise ever, and an exciting opportunity to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. I have been a long time listener and donor of KLove, and was thrilled to be on an all Christian cruise. Unfortunately, some of our experiences were beyond words, and we couldn't get off the ship fast enough. The MSC Web Check-in process was never fully accessible, so many phone calls had to be ...

Fine, but Ugly Passenger Behavior

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

We chose this for its itinerary, and it was good. We loved Cahuita Nation Park in Costa Rica. We did tow out of the ay tours in Jamaica, but hit a traffic jam on the way back that messed up our final olans. Captain Roger;s catamaran in Roatan was superb. Tortuguero canal allowed us to see more animals. The private island is surprisingly pleasing. My daughter puts it well: MSC is Carnival for ...

First off. This is our first cruise together and my first cruise period. I am writing this 9 days into our 11 day Christmas cruise. Cabin: We purchased a inner cabin on level 10 near the front of the ship. For what we paid, it has been pleasant. Pillows are good. Bed a bit hard. Sounds travels from nearby cabins. Bathroom is adjustable shower door for greater space in the lui. Lots ...

On our previous MSC Seaside cruise, we had a fantastic experience in an Aurea Balcony room, which is why we decided to book another MSC cruise. This time, we opted for a cheaper Fantastica Balcony room with an obstructed view, hoping to try a different style of cruising. Although I wouldn't describe this experience as terrible, it was definitely disappointing, especially when compared to our last ...

What I enjoyed: I really thought that the food in the restaurant was good for the most part and the service was excellent. Waiters really catered to your neeeds and were very personable. The director of the restaurant was very professional and accommodating. The cleaning crew for the cabins were super friendly and did a great job. The Pizza is excellent and the coffee is also pretty good. With ...

The Excursions Saved this trip

We originally chose this trip due to pricing. The pricing itself was great, but the saying you get what you pay for is true. We dropped our luggage with a handler that I tipped. When the luggage arrived, at first only my girlfriend's luggage came. When my luggage arrived it was cracked and broken with a piece sticking out. We went to resolve the issue and was told it would need to be ...

Better than last time but still needs improvements

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

This was a group cruise, Holistic Holiday at Sea. We last sailed this ship, same group, in 2018. This time, we drove to Miami a day early so we could get on board and not worry about traffic. All went as expected until we arrived via shuttle at the terminal at around 11:00 a.m. MSC "assigns" a boarding time but it's ridiculous in that you have no choice in what time they select, and the travel ...

My family and I went on an 10 nights Caribbean cruise. The ship was a little bit old but nothing to Warri about . Our embarkation process was not great we had to wait around 1 our to board the ship because the crew had a confucion. Our dining experience was good , on the buffet we enjoyed awrself the fierst 5 to 7 days but then it started to get old and the food didn’t change on 11 days ...

Divina was recommended to me by my agent. It was my first cruising experience. Here are the areas of my attention. Positive feedback - food was great - entertainment was great - staff very friendly Negative feedback - i will never book excursions with them. They are unrliable, overpriced and most importantly complaints are not attended or considered. They even lied about some ...

Worst experience I had with MSC

We have been with MSC Divina from 27th January 2023 on a 10 night cruise through caribbean and south america. It was the worst experience we had so far with MSC and we were before that on couple different MSC cruises and ships. The ship itself has a beautiful design and a lot to offer. Embarkation in Miami went smoothly and without any problems. We went straight to the buffet restaurant for ...
