On the pro side entertainment is really good, diversified live music throughout the different bars/venues, particularly from 5.30 PM untill 11.30PM/+ consisting of a live band on the main bar and then small piano / live singing throughout the different venues on the ship.
Main show with different performers offering different genres, opera, pop music, dance, acrobats , consistently delivered ...
We chose this 3 day sailing as an introduction to the Yacht Club. We were markedly impressed with the service. The room was great and the food in the Le Muse restaurant was great. The servers remembered our drink preferences which was awesome. Our Butler and Assistant Butler were awesome. We will definitely be back to the Yacht Club. Areas that MSC could improve on would be some of the ...
We chose this ship divina because we sailed twice before on it and we loved it. Also this ship had the best itineraries for a longer cruise (11 nights) that we were interested in. There has been changes made since our first cruise 4 years ago to now. The main change is the food in the dining rooms. It has gone downhill in taste and quality. Also you have to fight for a table for two as ,Msc ...
The cruise was a great deal. Nightly entertainment was excellent. Especially enjoyed the opera singers.
Food was a bit of a disappointment. Service at restaurant dinners (other than specialty restaurant) were very slow, food was often cold or barely warm when served. Butcher's Cut was excellent! Little disappointed in drink package.
Too often not enough chairs were available on the decks. ...
I was a little apprehensive before embarking on this cruise due to the numerous negative reviews posted in January. However, none of my fears materialized.
One review stated that they waited 2 hours for their food to arrive at dinner. I am not sure what happened with them, but we were attended to quickly, the food arrived within a nice span of time, and the serving staff was friendly and ...
This was cruise #4 for my wife (27) and I (29). First two were Royal Caribbean. We were on the MSC Seaside in November 2019 and had a great experience. The ship was beautiful, food was great, etc. However, we were supposed to be some of the first people to go to MSC Ocean Cay on that November cruise on MSC Seaside, but the island was deemed not ready. We were given future cruise credit to ...
We spent 7 nights on the Divina and had a fine time. The food was just ok but when you're cooking for thousands of people, you've got to keep things pretty generic. Finding a table at the buffet was sometimes hard but that, too, can be typical when feeding so many people. The ship was clean, there were plenty of activities (our kids love the twice daily trivia), and getting off and on the ship ...
This was my first MSC cruise. I booked this cruise because it was a great deal for a balcony room.
I did my homework and not only read the reviews, but also watched numerous YouTube videos that people had produced.
Having booked 2 balcony rooms 12147 & 12149 at such a great price, we thought that if the reviews were correct and the cruise was so bad, then we would just remain on our ...
I was prepared to have not-so-good experience after reading reviews and because we had tight budget and it's impossible to return the tickets so I flight to Miami with heavy heart, especially when i was a planner for our family trip. But luckily, the trip went smooth, we had so many good memories, the cruise experience was way beyond my expectation.
First of all, I'm not experienced cruise ...
We booked mainly because it was an Italian Line priced right.
After a long check in and a waiting period at Port of Miami, the days that followed provided us with many activities and venues including: music, variety shows and other forms of entertainment at the various lounges and beautiful theater.
The menu comprised of a variety of international fare with some occasional Italian ...
