Don’t Cruise on MSC. I cruised on the Divina MSC. First and last cruise with MSC.
10 reasons why:
1. Most food was cold to barely warm in the buffet. The exception was breakfast, but scramble eggs were almost always cold. Very few items were warm. Almost nothing was hot except pizza.
2. The dinner buffet included 3 or 4 types of pasta, always cold.

We have taken 6 cruises with 3 different cruise lines, This was our least favourite for multiple reasons
MSC and our travel agent failed to inform us that there would be 2000 vegan cruisers on this cruise and they would be taking 100% of the early dining. All other passengers were restricted to 8:30 p.m. dining. ( really who eats a meal at 8:30 p.m.? !!!! )

We have been cruising for the last 12 years, in Europe, the Caribbean, many times. We chose MSC to check on a different cruise line.We went on the 3 nights to the Bahamas, and it was a birthday gift from my husband. It began all wrong, 2 hours to check in, I have never seen a line so long in a cruise to check in, it was terrible. It looks like they don't have enough personnel.

Our embarkment was horrible. I felt like cattle being herded in to a pasture. No orginization. When we got on the ship we went to the buffet. We selected this cruise for the dates, price and ports of call.
The on board was painful - delays, long lines, disorganized

There is a reason their cruises are so cheap. Cruised on the Divina in January. Rate for a 5 night balcony cabin was $159 per person. Read the reviews and thought"come on...it can't be that bad". It was.
