Beautiful ship : Cabin 9065
Sail Date: January 2019
Spacious room and bed was comfortable. The balcony has a metal railing so you cannot see out without standing up. Shower worked for us, however, a larger perdon might find it hard to move. Attendant kept the room very clean.

Beautiful cabin, with slightly obstructed view. Enjoyed spending time relaxing on balcony, sleeping with balcony door ajar to hear the waves and ocean breeze at night.

We had an AFT facing cabin and loved the larger balcony. We hung a hammock. Plenty of space in the room and underbed storage for suitcases. Bathroom as nicely laid out with folding shower doors.

Our cabin was very spacious and clean. Rubean, our steward was attentive and serviced our room twice daily. Storage is a bit tight especially for an 11 day/night cruise. The balcony was an average size with two chairs. I really enjoyed being on the port side as we both enjoyed the views while sitting on our balconies when the ship was in port. Curacao is beautiful! The cabin was a good size but the closets were very narrow and not much room for storage. The balcony was also small. Bathroom was on par with other cruise ship bathrooms.

The highlight of staying in the cabin is sound of the boat cutting through the water and the waves hitting the boat. Sooo relaxing to open the door on days with cooler weather and enjoy the ocean sounds from the bed or sofa! I really enjoyed being towards the front of the ship… no vibrations from the engine / props, just a gentle rock and sway. Note that this particular cabin does not have glass with a view of the sea from deck chairs… IE you can’t see the sea while sitting down. You have to stand up and look out a large metal open “window”. (I’m sure this is because it on a lower deck, towards the front, and closer to the sea.) This set up also made the cabin’s balcony extremely private. AS for the interior, it worked just fine for us. The bed and sofa were reversed from a previous cruise we took. Having the sofa near the balcony door was nicer than having the sofa at the interior of the room. The steward kept our room very clean, and the layout was compact and very functional. Overall, we were happy with this cabin. Read Less
