Amazing Mother/ Daughter/Aunt/Cousin Cruise!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seaside

Do not listen to the bad internet troll reviews. We had a great cruise on this beautiful sparkling ship. We chose this cruise for the fact that it left from Port Canaveral. My 90 yr old Mom lives about 1 hr from Port. We drove right in to the port early and dropped bags. Went to park the car which was right across the street from the ship. Best parking ever! Parking was $$$($145/ 8 days). So if ...

I have to say the numerous negative reviews for this ship on this website really put me in a highly anxious state of mind about my cruise. Fortunately, I had a very good experience so if you feel the same way, there is no cause for alarm! I think perhaps MSC has listened to some complaints and made adjustments since the ship started sailing about a year ago. This was only my second cruise, the ...

We had a wonderful time in the Yacht Club on MSC Seaside!

We selected this cruise for two primary reasons: 1) it sailed out of Canaveral which we have found to be an exceptionally easy port to start a cruise from (half the drive for us, and much more more pleasant than Miami or Lauderdale) and 2) this sailing spent two full days at Ocean Cay. This was our first time sailing with MSC and after reading some of the reviews I will admit I was a bit ...

This cruise went to four lovely islands in the Caribbean. Loved MSC’s private island and all the work they did to give everyone a wonderful experience. What a beautiful, large ship! The food in the Marketplace and other restaurants was delicious. These restaurants served food elegantly and the wait staff were all so courteous and helpful. The entertainment all over the ship was very entertaining ...

This was my first time on a msc cruise ship and definitely will not be my last! I was beyond impressed from the time I boarded with zero hassle boarding as I'd had in the past on other lines. It was very fast and easy much simpler than other cruise lines. No hassle! Once aboard the staff was beyond impressive! Friendly and professional with my favorite being Keven O our bartender who we walked to ...

I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and have many opportunities to take advantage of deals and eliminate air travel. I had previously travel with MSC on the "Meraviglia" and enjoyed a 32-day Trans-Atlantic reposition cruise. Newer ships in the industry amazes me and experiencing the modern technology and designs are overwhelming. In April of 2022, I had the privilege to board Royal Caribbean ...

I had travelled on the MSC in September and it was my first cruise. The ship was beautiful and the design was so beautiful from luxury stairs and how each level allowed you to look down to the bottom bar were the entertainment was and the level above for the singers every night. On my stay I had dinner in the Green Wave restaurant where Jerremie and his friend were are waiters. They both were so ...

I am a travel agent and had not heard great things about MSC. So, I decided to give it a try myself. 4 of us went, 2 cabins. One inside, and from bids, I ended up with a junior suite. I think a balcony would have been fine. The interior was very decent, and larger than I have seen on other ships. Noe of us could find anything to really complain about. A couple times little things, quickly ...

I am a regular Carnival cruiser, but decided to branch out of my comfort zone and try MSC at the encouragement of my mother. She had heard wonderful things about the line and their Yacht Club, so on our first mother-daughter cruise post-Covid I booked the 8/20/23 sailing aboard Seaside in the YC. Embarkation was a breeze...literally from the time we dropped our luggage with the porters to the ...

Before booking this cruise I was nervous and excited to try MSC. I have Diamond Crown and Anchor status on Royal Caribbean and Gold VIFP status on Carnival. I was thrilled to know that MSC offers status matching and automatically gold status on MSC. I did a lot of research and was still up in the air on certain things. I’m going to go thru some of them here. 1) Soft Serve ice cream is not ...
