WORST CRUISE EXPERIENCE OF THE 25 WE HAVE TAKEN

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Fantasia

First dinner night was stunned to find that you had to pay for water and tea or coffee. It is impossible to get a place around the pools. People were getting up at 04:30 to put their stuff on chairs. Continuous selling on board of drink packages etc. Unable to cancel an excursion without going to ships doctor (we were told that it would cost 70 to 80 Euros) this when we were not feeling well. tour ...

Out of 21 days on the cruise I had to stay in my room for 18 days because of an injury, After 10 letters, different calls to main office, they were willing to give me a discount of 20% on a next cruise. They said that I refused at first to see a Dr. When you fall in front of everybody, the first thing you say is I am ok and do not touch me, I did not even know my name after the fall, so even ...

The cabin, waiters and bar staff are excellent...............they do their utmost to make you happy. However after experiencing the food in both the formal and buffet restaurants with unappealing food and complaining to both reception and officers of the ship not one of the management acknolowged or responded to our complaints..........in other words your complaints fall on deaf ears.!!!!!!! Also ...

I was on a 17 day transatlantic and as an avid cruiser, this was by far, the worst experience of my life...the first and last on MSC. MSC, take a page from your top two competitors...you have a long way to go. The Pros: gorgeous ship, interior nicely decorated, lots of places to hid and bars. Food was better than good. A handful of staff were nice - meat carver, cigar lounge bar attendants, ...

MSC Divina is a beauty queen by itself, but GUEST SERVICE, does not seem to be in their vocabulary, so if this part is important for you, before you book on MSC look at what you might get on other cruise lines. I got badly injured on one of their ship, I was 10% responsible and they were 90%. I had no help in any way and had to pay the Dr on board the ship and not enjoy the cruise like I should ...

MSC - Not for me again.

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Divina

The MSC Diving is an absolutely beautiful ship and all of the ports of call were wonderful - if only things on the ship were as good. Cons: 1. The food in the buffet - deck 16. The catering is for the European clientele and not for Canadians, British and American. Food is heavy and sits in pools of oil. Very difficult to find food to eat. Also noted that the food handlers did not use gloves. ...

We just returned from an 18 day transatlantic cruise on the msc divina and it was the cruise from hell!!! We are experienced cruisers and this was, by a mile, the worst company we have ever sailed with. Although we could write a book about our experience, we will give just a few instances of what we put up with. The many people we spoke with aboard ship agreed that msc is not a cruise line they ...

Worst Cruise Line Ever

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Divina

We have done some 26 cruises and not all were great but most were but nothing could be worse than an MSC cruise. I would never ever cruise with MSC unless it was free. To start with we left Venice on a cruise to Miami and virtually none of the crew could speak English, there was no service at any of the pools for the first seven days. The food was the most boring and tasteless. We went to the ...

Ode to MSC If you like to travel and are thinking of a cruise Consider all your options and be careful who you choose Royal Caribbean and Princess are just fine Celebrity and Carnival and P&O sublime But if you want to spend your time in abject misery The cruise for you, without a doubt, is one with MSC Tea and coffee locked away before you've had a drink A way to keep ...

I was going to write a lengthy and detailed review, but then I found AndrewK had jumped the gun on me,in that all the details he gave about the Transatlantic cruise are factually correct. All I can do is to add to the negative sentiments expressed in his review. We are 3 couples travelling on Deck 11,inside cabins 11004,11008 and 11016. As such we had virtually exclusive use of the wrap ...
