My girlfriend and I have cruises with other cruise lines before and thought we would give msc a try mainly due to the itinerary. What a mistake.

From chaos in buffet where 4000+ passengers were milling around to always cold food including cold scrambled eggs there is no logical organization, tepid water instead of hot one to make a tea. We were looking for a Christmas/New year cruise and this seemed to fit the bill. Big Mistake. Cabin was a little small and could do with more storage. Balcony was small compared to other ships. Overall I would describe my experience on the MSC Divina as disappointing.
There were things I liked and things I hated, and unfortunately the bad outweighed the good. We wanted to try a new cruise line and heard about msc. the divina is a beautiful ship with many elegant features.

In 2015, I had traveled on the MSC Divina to the Caribbean. It was a good trip on a ship that needed some upgrades but not unacceptable.
