Total disappointment

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on MSC Preziosa

We chose this ship because of its value for money and booked eleven months ago travelling with two others who have cruised several times this was our first so had nothing to compare it to. We can honestly say we would never choose MSC again. Reception staff were rude and totally unhelpful and the ship catered mainly for the French! We purchased a premium drinks package which was for any ...

This is the second time I have cruised on MSC Divina during New Years holiday. The first cruise in 2018 / 2019 was nice I’m not sure what happened this year because it has really gone down. Services suck, I hate to be blunt but there’s not much more I can say about it. They usually have one main waiter and an assistant but they only had one waiter waiting on four tables So dinner took hours ...

MSC: Worst cruise company ever and we have been on ships from 8 cruise lines.

We chose this cruise based on its destinations. We had been to most of the islands in the Caribbean. Boarding at Port de France Martinique, we had to carry our carry-on luggage up a narrow ladder-like stairs to the second or third level of the ship - no easy ramps to the lowest level of the ship - and we are 67 years old. No free iced tea on board at any time (even at dinner) - that was a first ...

Terrible will never cruise msc again

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Divina

The cruise is dangerously overcrowded and woefully understaffed by rude, untrained staff. Safety and wellbeing of their guests is not a priority. It appears the cruise is more driven by greed than customers. To start off with there was only one life jacket in the room. We requested another life jacket several times during the drill and were told they would bring it to us. 4 days later called ...

Being a seasoned cruiser, I would like to share our first time experience with the MSC cruise line, aboard the Divina. We have cruised with all of the other major cruise lines out of several ports in the US, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Australia. We have our favorite cruise lines but wouldn't hesitate to cruise again with any of them,… up and to this point. The term "First Impressions" really ...

MSC Divina Transatlantic by a couple of Australians. We warned you!

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on MSC Divina

My partner and I spent 20 nights on the south bound transatlantic crossing which sailed from Genoa on 5-11-2019. We (41 and 42) were accompanied by 1 set of parents (64 and 65) and 1 couple who are friends our age. I researched thoroughly before choosing this cruise. Our primary reason to select this journey on MSC Divina was the brilliant itinerary. I read the reviews and noted the negative and ...
