The ship may be beautiful, but the organization is terrible. Not enough tables in the main restaurant, not enough sunbeds by the pool. The MDR was awful. Too many people crammed in. No room for the waiters to work. Terrible menus and awful food (quality and portion size). My wife had runny paella one evening and it came with one shrimp and an unopened mussel. When she complained that the mussel was probably bad the Head Waiter brought her three more unopened mussels! If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning.
