Well let me just say , I will never again cruise MSC . Had I known it was an Italian based ship I would have never, first of all if your an American you are already going to be treated some time of way ! The food was horrible no selection and this ship has no alternative restaurant but a sushi one which was never open ! The ice machines were broke the whole trip it was hot and sticky and very ...

My husband and I took the European cruise from Civitavechia Italy to Syracuse,Malta, Santorini,Mikonos then back to Civitavechia from 9/8/23 to 9/15/23 and want to tell you about our bad experience. However, there are personnel on the ship that stood out above the bad moments we had and made us feel better and welcomed. Thank you Gede assistant waiter, Wayan waiter, Luis assistant Bartender and ...

Overall ship is nice, but that about it. They are definitely short on stuff. Long wait at any bar, bartenders very very slow. Food in the buffet for breakfast the same every day lunch may change a little, but not much. The only good service we get at the dinner. All food tasteless. Ether no salt or over salt. No flavor. Don’t think they ever taste what they serve. Show at night at most nights ...

We chose this cruise as we had a weeks holiday before meeting family for another part of our trip and the dates and location of the ship fitted perfectly. We have been on cruises for over 30 years and have sampled many cruise lines over that time, and have changed our style of cruising as our kids were little/grew up/had kids of their own. This was our first with MSC, and i had not read many ...

We chose MSC Davina as we were hoping for a memorable experience, however our expectations were shattered due to several issues. Firstly we were disappointed with how overcrowded the cruise was it was completely oversold. Throughout our time on board we struggled to find anywhere to sit or access to the pools. This made it challenging to relax and unwind or to fully enjoy the amenities advertised ...

Mostly Italians, screaming kids and teens with a cafeteria food

7 day Mediterranean cruise from Rome I measured mostly Italians, smattering of EU and few Americans and Asians. Lots of screaming kids and perfect teen bods in the elevator. So if you’re an overweight American you will feel out of place here. Solace seekers this ain’t your ship too. Huge ship packed full of people who drives like they walk to get food. My tea was knocked out of my hands ...

Horrible experience

We are presently on this cruise and am appalled by the operations. They disembark and embark in every port. What this means is that the Marketplace is impossible to maneuver in the morning with people wanting their last meal and others trying to get a meal before going on an excursion. No seats in dining area so you need to eat on lounge chair by pool. They also hold muster drills everyday so ...

The internet was terrible and expensive. We had to get several visas, but few were actually needed. For example, we had to have a visa to South Korea to board the ship, but later we found that no one needed a visa to SK. MSC will not give me a refund for the unnecessary visa. We paid for a larger room that did not exist on that ship, with no refund in sight. Food was decent, but not great. Rooms ...
