The internet was terrible and expensive. We had to get several visas, but few were actually needed. For example, we had to have a visa to South Korea to board the ship, but later we found that no one needed a visa to SK. MSC will not give me a refund for the unnecessary visa. Chose mostly for low price. But ship was really substandard from the start. No soap in bathroom dispenser , no washcloths, 2 towels for 3 people. We called twice in 2 hours, since we wanted to shower before going to dinner. Wound up eating in sweaty shorts since towels and soap kept not coming. No outlets by bed, so you can't charge your phone while reading yourself to sleep or answering emails. ...

Was a group booking. Ship was NOT Wheelchair friendly . No automatic doors. No ramps to pool area. Had a few tables at the buffet that were reserved for wheelchairs only but never enforced. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. It was the first time cruising with MSC. Embarkation was excellent. We were on the ship in about 1/2 an hour. We paid extra for the Fantastica experience. This allowed us a higher level cabin, wifi ( limited but it was perfect for us), and unlimited beverages costing $6 or less. We take cruises quite often, but this was a really disappointing trip. From just getting to the cruise ship we were sent to the wrong terminal as MSC didn't update the terminal on our tickets. We had to walk three terminals over with all of our luggage, then proceeded to wait in an hour long line just to go through one metal detector.
