A friend of mine said that MSC offers good trips through Europa. So we booked a expensive cruise with almoust all the packages needed. We were surprised, that a lot of drinks are not included in our package. We consumed a nice bottle of wine every night for dinner - of course not included in the price. Every day the made a advertisment about percentages for shoping, best offers for massage, excursions etc. - you can not sleep… you can not take a nap - than an advertising over the speaker in about 6 languages which is very disturbing. Poor educated and not motivated employees serves you during your stay on board. The cabin is nice, the room service is good. But all the employees have to make business by selling cigarettes, jewellery, clothes, purses, cosmetic articles etc. all over. And of course the allways offer you 30 to 40 % discount.... for example: a massage for the regular price for over 120 Euro is too expensive for the quality. The therapists are working without motivation, are tyred because of too much work and stop a 50 minutes massage after 40 minutes.... But in the end they try to sell you a cosmetic product or a next massage with a 30 % offer.... Make business - go to MSC - you can learn a lot...... not a very nice feeling, when you should spend more and more money. For sure we will not recomend a cruise with this company!!! Read Less

Pros: Cleanliness and space of cabin was good. Equipment at the gym is good. Cons: Food: The (paid for in advance but constantly stated as ‘complimentary’) restaurants and buffet all served low quality food. After a few days the limited variety became very boring. The restaurants had the appearance of quality but really it was the same low quality food from the buffet but done with a table cloth. Busyness vs Service: Breakfast in the Poseidna restaurant was an endurance test. Too many waiters each with one task who kept forgetting where they had been which meant that we were asked over and over if we wanted pastries, juice or coffee (even though we had asked for tea). Everyone is so keen to be doing something that every mouthful we took was being watched. Not a relaxing experience at all. Disembarkation and embarkation: Getting on and off the ship was slow and painful. While the restaurant had an overflow of staff, security was ridiculously understaffed. In particular getting back onto the ship was frustrating with service from security being slow, inconsistent in approach and generally very unhelpful. Up selling: staff I presume are on commission to get guests to eat at the pay extra restaurants. Most of this occurred outside of the paid in advance restaurants where they must have realised that the food was so average that people were likely to upgrade to eat some decent food. In room entertainment: although a tv in th room the selections is very limited. At the very least we expected access to Netflix or another subscription service even if it was a paid for view service. Zoe: Msc’s version of Alexa provided details of the paid for restaurants regardless of the question we asked. Guest services: I called guest services on a couple of occasions and each time was provided with incorrect information. The people answering the phone seem to give their best guess to an answer rather than saying they don’t know and will find out. Ship Maintenance: on the third day of the cruise we were advised that the balcony area would be cleaned. What they really meant was that for hours we would have a high pitch whining noise from a high pressure hose cleaning all the balconies. Gym very small: for the amount of people on board the gym was very small and, even with air conditioning, it was stuffy and hot particularly at peak periods. Anything to do with food or the pool area was beyond chaotic and yet there were other large areas which seemed to be constantly vacant and could have been put to better use (eg large smoking room and basketball court). Forced togetherness: as an introvert this cruise realised my worst fears .. the food halls were crushed and beyond chaotic, restaurants with tables where you were forced to sit with other guests, and pool and deck areas where the concept of personal space was completely unknown. This was our first cruise and will definitely be our last ... certainly with msc. The ship is new but the experience in the marketing material does not reflect the reality. In summary ..think 1970s holiday camp crossed with being at the Boxing Day sales (only with no bargains). Read Less

Previously used MSC about 7 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Treated with respect and pleasant dining all through the day. This cruise eas so different, majority of staff unsmiling and grudgingly helpful when unable to avoid assistance. Started badly with us (70 yrs of age) having to lug our luggage from the port entrance to our cabin, plenty of staff just watching pretending that they could not understand the language (English) Promises of some free laundry services never materialised and cabin attendant was just a cleaner who tidied and replaced towels twice daily. Breakfast was a chaotic scramble, as was lunch, the evening meal was OK at best with small 3 courses which was never hot and rather small, often just meat with a couple of small pieces of vegetable. Despite selecting not to have a service charge on my bill (I like to tip for good service to deserving individuals who were few) it took 3 visits to customer services to get a €140 service charge added to my bill without my consent to be removed. The vast majority of staff had little if any English. Almost all clients were Italian with a lot of small children, the Italians are very nice but mainly noisy and excitable. Entertainment about 40 mins of which 15 mins was a compère introducing the show in about 6 languages. The 25 min show however was good Newpver sgain Read Less

If you’re looking for a bit of luxury, some good quality service, friendly staff, great entertainment and decent value for money, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. The entertainment is a bunch of people singing, changing outfits and dancing, EVERY NIGHT. The Market Place cafe is chaos 20 hours per day. Absolute mayhem. The staff and cruisers have very little to non existent manors. Pushing, ignorance, shouting and being generally rude is commonplace. MSC over charge on everything. 8euros for a beer.... PLUS 15% service charge on top. Buses at ports are all 4x the price they are when you actually leave the ship. One thing we didn’t think of was the fact people leave and start their holidays at almost every port. Imagine all of those safety drills, suitcases and so on all over the place, every day! If you’re in you’re room you have a ten minute lecture in every language about the safety procedure, almost every day. The food.... is ok. That’s it. Lack of imagination and small portion sizes but in the lighthouse during the evening it’s pretty good. They will try and get you to pay for speciality restaurants and drinks packages at every opportunity. The room we had, 12261 with a balcony was great however. Very large and much better than other ships we had been on. Our cabin steward was nice. Room always tidy. The boat is pretty nice. The layout isn’t great though and means you’re up and down stairs a lot, the lifts are always full. It’s designed and fit out a bit cheesy rather than luxury but I guess people like that. The best area of the ship by far is the Masters of The Sea. The staff are funny, friendly and personal. They remember your name, your drink and are super efficient. The live music is good and the pub has the best vibe of anywhere on the ship. One thing we should say is we are British. We’ve sailed from Southampton a number of times with different companies but this cruise fell far short and we certainly wouldn’t be booking with MSC again. Today is the last day of our cruise, looking forward to getting home. MSC if you’re reading | Areas to improve Adult only areas - quiet areas (no party music blasting) Some manors. Some organisation to the Marketplace. Restocking of minibar as standard. Entertainment - A new manager. The entertainment is simply awful. The same thing every night and every day. Very poor and a very basic standard. Try a different cruise liner and see what they do. Food leftovers left down the hallways on the floor. Pretty disgusting and often left for hours. The safety procedure. He has been talking for ten minutes In every language whilst we are trying to relax in our room. We’ve heard it 5 times. Make him stop, please. Read Less

We chose this cruise as the ship was new and looked beautiful...and MSC is one of a few cruise lines we haven't experienced. The ship was beautiful, especially the galleria area, but: - the beauty of the ship could have been enhanced with art work - the cruise experience could have been enhanced with more activities on offer - the library was a couple of shelves with a hand full of books - the food in the buffet was boring after a few days and (surprising given the ship's Italian pedigree) not of a good quality - it felt like it was all about selling and getting more money from the cruise passengers - the promo video gives the impression of a sophisticated cruise experience .....the reality was most of the time it felt like hell on earth...noisy rude passengers All in all one of the worst cruises we have been on! I traveled with my partner and my mother, both my mother and I have traveled with Royal Caribbean quite a few times so I have another company to base this experience with. We flew to Barcalona from Heathrow, and joined the MSC MERIVIGLIA, my partner who is a first time cruiser was taken back by the size of the ship, as she puts it “wow” and indeed, the ship is massive, and magnificent, and that’s where the thumbs up stop. Embarkation was actually smooth and quick, so once all paperwork was done, we entered the ship, no welcome aboard, no warm greetings, just on and that was it. The first appearance of the ships interior is quite good, and the arched LED roof in the main deck area is also impressive, but that soon fades. The cabin, clean, standard, I could bang on and on about everything, so here is a pros and cons list Pros Great itinerary - some beautiful cities. Embarkation quite quick. The food and service in the Main dining hall is great. Beds are comfy. Cons Only three swimming pools - all sea water. (Very salty) All deck chairs cleared away after about 19:00 making the decks empty. Large TV over main pool - never used for movies. No smoking rules very lax, some even smoked in the hot tubs. Lack of things to do of an evening, unless you like music, eating, and Italian humour. Large gangs of moody and loud teens roaming boat being bored. Lack of lifts for size of ship The artwork, and colours used are bland. Super cons The main buffet hall (the market place) Luke warm food, bland and the same food EVERY DAY. Main buffet hall over crowded, which didn’t help with people using tables to play board games due to being bored. Lack of drinks choice in main buffet hall, Morning you get juices, and water and coffee and tea, but after about 11:00am all you will get is water and coffee and tea, (unless you pay) Drinks are expensive (most cruises are) At around 21:00, the kids club decides to march the kids through the main promenade to kids music loudly. The cabin to balcony doors slam loudly by inconsiderate neighbours. No night lights in or around the toilet, so sometimes you have to put the lights on to see where your going. The showers are ok, but could be more powerful. We found out they only change the bedding once in 7 days. Lost use of balcony twice due to “maintainace” Serious lack of things to do of an evening. All shows were based on music. Mainly Italian or Spanish The magic show and hand silhouette show was very 1980’s and most humour Italian orintated Everything costs, even certain shows that are based on the boat. The layout of the foods in the market place buffet is a mess, so by the time you finally sit down your food is pretty cold. The staff in the market place will only attend your table if you are buying a drink. Staff will tend to either walk straight at you, or refuse to move if you need to get past. If you have special dietary needs, good luck, mum was celiac, The tv in the cabin had only two English speaking channels BBC news and National geographic. The layout of such a large ship was a mess. The entertainment area will bankrupt you, for example 30 mins bowling €30.00 €55.00 for an hour. 4D cinema adults €10.00 or €8.00 for kids So to sum up, what you thought was a good priced cruise will actually cost you more than with other cruise lines, Would I recommend or travel with MSC again, NO. even my partner who had never Sailed before claimed that she found the evenings boring and would not sail with MSC again. This was our first cruise and we had no idea what to expect or what kinds of things were abnormal or normal for a cruise. Our travel agent, a good friend of mine, had never booked through MSC and could only give us expectations based on other cruises he had been on. He left me with the assurance that we would be well taken care of and guided through the whole process so we could relax and not stress for 10 days. This did not prove to be true. Embarkation was a nightmare. We flew from Chicago to London, then from London to Marseille on the day of the cruise arriving at around 10, with boarding presumably going from 1400 to 1800. We called an Uber from the airport to take us to the port, thinking we would hang out there for a few hours until boarding started. When we arrived there were no ships in port and our Uber driver, who only spoke French, looked over the paperwork to make sure we had the right date and location. God bless that driver who went and talked to the French security for us and nailed down the details, then translated for us with his google translate app because nobody there, not the MSC staff or security or even any other passengers, spoke English. Turns out our ship was in Nice, 200km(120mi) away. It was too windy in Marseille for them to dock there. They put us on a bus to Nice for two hours to get to the ship. It would have been nice to get some kind of heads up that this was the case. They must have known even a few hours or a day ahead of time that they wouldn’t be docking in Marseille. We are thankful we decided to show up early because otherwise we wouldn’t have made it. Once we got to Nice, there were a bunch of cruises there with different luggage vans and security spots to get through. All of the MSC staff we could find were smoking or on their phones not paying attention or giving good direction so even if we did understand French who knows if we would have been less confused. We prayed we put our luggage in the right spot because none of the vans were marked with our boat name. We followed some people we thought looked familiar from our bus to check in. Nobody at MSC spoke English, so, again, we stayed confused. We followed the line to a small boat which took us to our cruise boat which was sitting in the middle of the ocean. Once we got through yet another security line, we had no idea where to go. Where was our room? Was there another security point? There is some kind of cruise card we need, right? How do we get food, we’re starving and jet lagged! For some reason they took all of our paperwork at check in so we had nothing to reference anymore. We were immediately bombarded with people trying to sell us things...in French. Scrambling, we again couldn’t find a single person who spoke English or Spanish(which we also speak fluently). After kind of wandering for a few minutes, we found someone who would help us at the guest services area. They asked for our room number which we had no idea because they took everything we had printed. With a sour face, the woman gave us the number but could not answer our questions further. We found our room with some semi-helpful documents on the bed and no luggage. We had a carry-on with us with extra underwear so luckily we were able to shower then locate our restaurant. On our way to dinner, we found my luggage chilling on a totally different floor in the walkway which was a huge relief because at least we knew it got on the right van. It wasn’t until after dinner that we went exploring other cabins and found my husband’s luggage also chilling in the middle of nowhere. At dinner, we found that our waiter did not speak English. We communicated by pointing to what we wanted on the menu and he wrote it down. The wait times for food were terrible, we waited at least 30-40 minutes every night for our first course. The portion sizes were very small. Theoretically we could have ordered more, however we were so tired of waiting for our first helping of food that we just left hungry most nights. The first night we arrived to water in our glasses and a 4 Euro charge we had to sign for at the end of the night. It sounds small, but after the long day we had, I just broke down that I couldn’t go without a charge for my dehydration. We planned to go through the cruise without any charges. We did end of resolving our water charges a full week later when we finally received our drink vouchers included in our booking. We took the number of vouchers needed to the restaurant to refund our money, which we found out they did not do at the end of our cruise right before we were about to disembark. They fought us for a few days saying we did not have drink vouchers and had to contact the American booking representative on land who took a while to respond. It didn’t get much better after the first night. We booked 5 excursions which were all cancelled. We rebooked different ones in their place which weren’t as good and were disappointing. The staff at the excursions desk were not helpful and again, didn’t speak English well at all. For one excursion, she booked the wrong one for us which we only found out when we showed up for the excursion. We ended up just rolling with it because they were similar. We were booked for another excursion that didn’t even exist. The girl put an excursion number in our tickets that was only offered on another cruise line so when we showed up the morning for our excursion we weren’t able to go. We tried to turn in the tickets for these excursions as soon as we could, which was around 4 or 5 most days because that is when the desk opened. By that time, it was hard to convince them to give us a refund because the excursion was over and somehow they thought we had gone on the excursion with invalid tickets. Speaking of operating times, almost everything opened after 5, sometimes not even until later. Almost all of the bars and the gelato and vitamin bar areas were never open at all. We weren’t able to get good food when we wanted because the main buffet always seemed to be closed and our seating time for dinner was at 9pm which is honestly when we usually go to bed. The pizza area was open longer, but they only served two kinds of bread with sauce and maybe cheese and usually there was a long kind of people waiting for more because what they took out of the oven was grabbed really quickly. In general, the food was below average. There wasn’t much variety in the buffets and the main buffet food was never fresh. The restaurant food was better, but the portions were too small and the food was tasteless. I personally have an allergy to cheese and almost every dish had cheese in it. I asked if it could be removed from any of the dishes and was told no. I’m not talking about from lasagna or something that was probably cut from a large dish in the back. I’m talking meals where cheese was obviously sprinkled on the top or included individually on the plate. That was too much to ask for someone to deviate a little from their preparation of the plate. This left for little choice for me. There were a few times that we ordered room service which took forever. They always quoted us twenty minutes, but it took over an hour every time. Twice they got the order wrong. I ordered a soup (#1 on the menu) at around 4pm when other food places were closed, and I got a veggie wrap instead(#12 on the menu.) I went down to guest services to get a refund(room service is not free which is ok, but in the American booking site it says it is so whatever) and was told they don’t start serving soup until 6:30pm. The second time they got it wrong, I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap which I had ordered before that didn’t have BBQ chicken. When I went down, they told me it was actually correct because they said their recipe changes every day. Finally, there wasn’t much to do outside of the shows in the evening. After talking to others, it has been confirmed that this is unusual. On days when we returned early from an excursion or on sea days, all we were left to do was sit in our room (which was a wonderful, clean safe haven!) and watch the same three movies that cycled through. We were stuck with more free time than we had hoped between our cancelled and ever changing excursions and the extra time given by the ever changing itinerary. We spent most days sitting on our bed bored. We purchased a day of WiFi to combat boredom which was not worth it because it wouldn’t go on any of the American websites that I wanted to visit like my work intranet or the county library to check out more ebooks to read. It was slow on the few that we could connect to. I’m sitting in a hotel in France writing this and their WiFi connects fine to the US websites so I know it isn’t a Europe IP address thing or something. We were supposed to dock in Barcelona first, but there was a storm which pushed our arrival into Barcelona a day late. They canceled our trip into Valencia, then rerouted at that last second so we did arrive in Valencia, then shortened our day in Palma, then cancelled our day in Malta which we were really looking forward to. Our arrivals into Italy went as planned. We looked forward to the shows as they were the only entertainment on board. It was hit or miss. The opera shows and the Flamenco dancer show were great, but the shows or bits of shows revolving around other singers or the MSC Sinfonia dancers were terrible. These were supposed to be family shows and the costumes on these girls showed almost everything. Maybe it is a European thing, I don’t know. The stereotype is that Europeans are big on nudity. There were a lot of tacky strip teases. The singers mostly sang in English and it was terrible. They should have sang in their native tongues. They did a few shows trying to showcase British and American culture that were cringey and almost disrespectful. The only good thing I have to say is that our room was wonderful, the view was amazing and the guy that cleaned our room was very kind and attentive. The excursions and places we visited we also great. We were disappointed that all that was offered were city tours and all of the fun activities(the ones we booked before) involving biking, swimming with dolphins, trying food, visiting caves and a volcano were cancelled. However, our tour guides we very well versed in the places we visited and made the tours come to life. It was worth the crappy onboard experience to see these wonderful places. Read Less

Cruised with MSC Divina on 23 day Caribbean cruise. That is how it was sold to us. However, we later found out it was two cruises in one, returning to Miami after the first 10 days. On the second leg, everything was duplicated. The entertainment, the trivia quiz, the jokes .. simply everything. This severely detracted from the enjoyment of the trip. When highlighting this to the company on our return, they couldn't have cared less. They appear to think it doesn't matter. But it does. It is simply not good enough. We paid top dollar going from New Zealand for this experience but we got a lot less than everyone else. Be careful. It is not all as it seems and complaining or raising issues falls on deaf ears. I don't often complain about things but all travellers should be cautious so you are fully aware of what is going on prior to going on holiday. Our holiday was spoilt unfortunately. Yours doesn't have to be! Food was OK but the buffet is like a trough. Black Crab restaurant was OK though, although sometimes service was poor as there was a mix up in who should serve us. Cabin attendant was a delight. That was the best rating of the tour. Shore excursions were very overpriced for what you received as you could get similar from walking off the ship and talking to the locals. First and last on MSC. Other lines much better. Read Less

Chose this cruise/ship solely down to availability and price. Overall experience was poor, infact its the worst cruise ive been on and worst is a word one doesnt expect to use for a cruise. Staff were generally poor, activities onboard were poor as were facilities. Ship was very unstable, daughter and partner were ill even though it wasnt really rough. If you suffer from any sort of motion sickness this is NOT the ship for you. I am a good traveller so didn't feel sea sick, but after five days of rocking backwards and forwards I was ready to get off ! Deck staff for bar service were few and far between so either had to go to them or the bar yourself which was very slow. Only two jacuzzis which simply isn't enough for the amount of passengers, although there were two attendants with whistles! Anyone doing anything slightly outside the pool rules got the whistle, how childish ! Pool attendants had no sense of humour to the point of being rude. Theatre performances were very amateur. Disembarkation was dreadful, had to be out of room by 0800 which was far too early when your flight isn't until late afternoon, MSC just wanted you out of the way asap. Certainly will not use this ship again, and will think hard about using MSC again. Feels like 4 grand wasted, need a relaxing holiday to get over it! Read Less

MSC cruise was offered in trip package with many lines as options. I thought new ship would be nice change and decided on MSC. This was a big mistake. Had read reviews that was really negative after I had sign up for the cruise. I like sports so I thought I would review my cruise like football game review. Embarkment: A Very easy to get on, but first staff person took my picture and totally missed my head. Registering credit cards: C Machine gave you options for using two cards, which was kind of confusing.. Received memo after two days on boeard that one of the cards never cleared. Why did I need two in the first place. Cabin: C The cabin was nice, but just as I read there was not much room for your clothes and luggage. Had to stick my bags under the desk and under the bed. Bathroom had a tub. Been on several cruises and never had a tub before. Had a balcony and had nice view. My cabin person accused us of taking a bottle of water out of the wet bar that we brought from the bar and tried to charge us $1.75. The wet bar never had that type of water in it. Food: C- First meal in the dining hall was steak and fries. It was like I was eating. Concur steak and McDonald’s fries. After complaining they gave me two plates every night, but it just lack the “boom” you expect on cruise. Packages: F Wanted purchase a liguor package for myself, but was told that every person in the cabin must purchase one too. Cost over $600 and more, so I decided not to buy one. Even if you wanted water the same policy....crazy. Excursions: B+ I never been on a cruise where the excursions was handled perfectly. The process of tags and numbers and transportation they used were great. Entertainment: F- They had shows every night they had four good singers that performed in every show. And the show lasted from 20-35 mins....who does that? Baby Disney production....CHEAP, Pools and after dinner: F The pools were small and was crowded. People was smoking everywhere and the young people was jus standing or holding on the sides. My wife and I never got into pool or hot tub the whole cruise. Nightlife: There was nothing to do at night for anyone over 50.The music was European electronic rock. Being black, by Wednesday I was paid money to stop hearing that hard base music. Overall: C- MSC yo’re the CHEAPEST line we had ever been on. Every aspect other then your excursions were cheap....baby Disney. Was on the ship for a week and never really understood the ship. To many mirrors and no place for your older crowd to go and band in the Haven was poor. RC you have nothing to fear from the cheap organization. Read Less

I took the 7/7/18 Eastern Caribbean Cruise Pros: The ship is very cool and mondern looking. -Butchers Cut was a great experience -The mobile app is handy but could use a little tweaking. -Rooms were neat and very clean. Cons: Pull up a chair -RUDE people work onboard this ship and they are everywhere. This is my 6th cruise and I’ve never seen anything like it. This was probably the biggest turnoff of the entire experience. -Excursions desk is just a plain hot mess. We didn’t receive our excursion tickets which they blamed on house keeping. Refused to reprint so on excursion days we had to get there extra early so they could “look us up”. If you see Anna(Ukraine) at the excursion desk, get ready for some serious attitude. -Food choices are predictable after day 2. Nothing changes day to day...at all! We looked forward to excursions to get food off the ship. -GERMS!!! The sanitizer machines are almost always out of sanitizer. When you go into the common eating areas there are machines and places to wash your hands but most people walk right by without washing or sanitizing. On RC, there is a person standing guard...no wash no eat! -The Gym, if you like to work out, bring a Zumba video on your smart phone. The gym is tiny and 1/3 of the machines(yes I did the math) are broken. -The beds aren’t comfortable but that is subjective, but for me they were just too hard. -NOISE: This ship is loud...not the engines but every noise can be heard from several deck up or several cabins beside you. There can’t be any sound deadening in the walls whatsoever. So you basically go to sleep when the people within 40 feet of you are quiet and you wake up when they do. -Elevevators take a while to get to you, but you can always walk since the gym is crap! -Their is an automatic gratuity for everything. Maybe I missed this on RC, but they charge you a gratuity as if they were actually delivering great service. I do recommend the Jeep tour in St. Maarten...it was a blast and the tour guides were amazing. Read Less

We got a good deal through Cruise Nation and although it wasn't an ideal time of year to cruise the Mediterranean we were looking forward to seeing the ports of call and experiencing life on a huge ship. Sadly we found that life with MSC was not for us and never will be again. We boarded at Barcelona and it was a relatively smooth process. The ship is really a hop-on hop-off service around the Med so there wasn't a full boarding process. The numbers boarding at Citavecchia seemed greater which is no surprise as it is an Italian ship. The ship itself was impressively huge and inside was the epitome of bling with shiny finishes and mirrors everywhere The ship had 5000 plus passengers and when everyone was on board it was hell on earth. The cabin was a little sanctuary but as soon as you stepped out the door it was mayhem with people pushing and shoving everywhere, competing for every facility on board. Everyone was allocated a particular restaurant for their evening meal although it was the same menu in each one. On the first evening it took almost two hours to be served three courses of luke warm, miniscule portions of bland food. After that experience we didn't go back. We did check the menu each day and found very little to suit the British palate, even if it had been palatable. The only alternative was to use the Market Place buffet areas which, most of the time, resembled a school canteen gone mad. There was no semblance of order with long queues at the counters, rude people wandering around with full plates, eating as they walked and pushing in front of others at the serveries. I have no desire to be racist, but another reviewer hinted at the huge numbers of a far Eastern race who monopolised large parts of the buffet areas, descending like a plague of locusts as soon as the doors opened, each carrying their little flasks and emptying the drinks containers. After a few days all the pleasure of eating on board, if there ever had been any, had gone. We saw the Cirqe de Soleil Sonar show and it was very good. The other shows in the Broadway theatre were average enough but were ruined by the number of people allowed in well after the show had started. We even had the pleasure of a group of children stand behind us talking loudly and laughing through the performance. As other people have said the central mall area is impressive but it does take up a lot of space with no purpose. There is large area given over to a Chocolate Bar/shop which is completely pointless and a range of designer outlets with huge prices The Brass Anchor pub was enjoyable until the female vocalist did her strangled cat impression each night. The Edge cocktail bar on Deck 7 was the most popular but, conversely, was the one with the least seating. People could be seen loitering around waiting for a table or chair to become free and then compete to get there first. We have to compliment the bar and waiting staff on the ship. They worked long hours but were always the most pleasant and well mannered. We didn't do any of the MSC excursions. Most of the ports were walkable from the ship. MSC were looking 16 euros for a shuttle bus into Marseille but didn't tell you that a 15 minute walk from the ship took you to the free port shuttle. In all, not an experience to be repeated. We will stick to a smaller, more personal and more British based cruise line. Read Less

We decided to take a cruise in the last minute and the MSC Armonia was the only one available. As soon as we entered our room there was a leaflet stating that the times of the disembarkation and embarkation in the visiting ports were changed. For instance : Valleta which should be the highlight of this cruise was from 3 PM to 7 PM. All the attractions were closed and all the people returned to the ship at the same hour. We waited over an hour to get in while everybody was pushing and shouting. Another place was Napoli: we arrived at 7 AM and left at 12 noon. What place of interest or shoping are opening before 10 AM ??? Our friend set at a table for breakfast and waited for us. the staff came and shouted at him that he must get up and wait for us outside the restaurant ! The Theatre entertaiment was very poor and very short. I am writing this critic because we are taking many cruises and can compare with other companies. We never had such a bad experience Read Less

Things they don’t tell you: No complimentary tea/coffee after dinner. You will have to pay extra for luxury food (e.g. lobster) on formal nights. You will have to share a table if you go into the Marco Polo Restaurant for breakfast or lunch i.e. no tables for two. No free ice cream in the buffet If you are English on a Mediterranean cruise, it is likely your shore excursion will be cancelled due to lack of English speaking guests No free flavoured waters with meals in the buffet. No decaffeinated coffee in the buffet Overcrowding at breakfast and lunch in the buffet and difficulty finding a table Swivel chairs installed in the theatre due to lack of proper seating. Lack of toilets in public spaces. Go for a suite - great room, cabin stewards wonderful, good view (a nice sanctuary after the push and shove in the public areas and on shore excursions) Be careful that the shore excursion you are given the tickets for on board is the shore excursion you have booked! It was our first cruise, we are family of 2 adults and 2 childrens, we decided to take this cruise because it is a new ship and it was look fantastic on the web, when we booked it back in June 2017 there was no reviews yet. We read the reviews only a few days before our cruise and saw many bad reviews so we went with very low expectations... On the cruise we found many reviews were really correct. This company has a big problem with customer service as well with food quality, we were expected from an italian company to serve great food, but the food quality and variety was absolutely poor !!! Our first dinner was at Wave Restaurant, we couldn't eat most of the food there. Since that dinner we decided to try the Buffet and found it better, but again, the food quality is poor. We found ourselves eating Pizza and Pasta with Salad every meal, as well there bakery wich was good, we didn't touch the meat or chicken. The buffet area is very noisy and crowded. The front desk customer service didn't do anything with our complaint about it even when we went there twice and they talled us the manager who is in charge of the food on the ship will contact us, so it seems they are very welcoming this poor quality. But this is only a part of there bad service, in general they dont give you as a guest a good welcoming feeling, they welcome your money only !!! There is a long list of other bad things to write... There were also good staff to tell like the cleaning of the rooms and all the areas at the ship but for us it all start and end with customer service and food quality. Therefore this cruise is not worth to going to. Read Less

We expected a better experience having been on other cruises such as Royal Carribean and Celebrity... Entertainment was so so, lots of passengers with nothing to do in the evening except stroll in the main inside concourse... The number of seats inside is very limited for the total number of passengers who would be inside when weather is bad. One's only option is to stroll and keep on walking rounds on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors concourses and corridors (partially used for specialty restaurants. On other ships one could find a spot in the evening with music of his choice. Some announced activities never took place. We were debited for a service charge on a daily basis although our cruise ticket was fairly expensive. Breakfast area very noisy and crowded. Menu in the main restaurant was not up to par with what is expected. Something ought to be done to reduce the negative aspects. Read Less

It was my 6th Cruise with MSC. Have earlier tried cruising with Orchestra, Poesia, Divina and Preziosa. Was good and value for money. Now should I try the new one. Meraviglia. Balcony cabin was nice. Breakfast and lunch in the Markedplace buffet was ok. Could also go to the restaurant in the ship and get it a la carde, but in the evening I was forced to go to the Markedplace restaurant. No carpets on the floor and very noicy up there. The waiters was not good. Forgot several times my orders. Said to the receptionist that I couldn't accept to be placed in this restaurant in the evenings. I would have to be placed in one of the main restaurants in the ship on deck 5 and 6. Here is a nice atmosphere, but it was not possible, because the ship was overbooked they told me. They put me on a waitinglist and then I dit not hear anything from them. The evening at Galla, 3 waiters came during the restaurant with the icecakes. After starter and main course I asked about the ice. There were no ice. Then they gave me a card so I could choose an another dessert. Think that they took the ice to the main restaurants. There were no photographs during the nights in the Markedplace restaurant, but in the gallery we could see all the photos from the main restaurants. Dissapointed. The show in the theater was bad. Not the same quality as on the other ships. Cirque du Soleil did we no see. Then you had to pay at least 15 euro. The bars was ok, especially the pub onboard. Very nice waiters here. Will not recommend this ship. Choose one of the other ships or another company. Read Less

The ports are fantastic even though the ship was a huge let down the locations you stop at are perfect. The kids did really enjoy the water park which was a big factor in us choosing this ship. Unlike a lot of reviews about how bad the service was, we had great service except at the bars where the bar safe looked like they hated there job. If you like food don't choose the ship I couldn't wait to get off at the ports to eat some good food which ended up costing my vacation so much more, I don't like to be to negative but the food was laughable, the food quality was terrible and temperature was warm at best. I found the shows to be good but was surprised cirque du soleil would put there name on the shows offered on board it was not good compared to the many other shows I has seen, but what made me really angry was when we booked our cruise it said the the cirque du soleil was included this was a lie you had to buy a drink at $15 plus the cruise tipped itself $2.50 so the shows where a minimum of $17.50 each person including kids. That seemed to be the theme of the ship everything was extra. Read Less

I have done serveral cruises and this one is definately the worst which is a shame as it is a beautiful ship. General comments are: Staff appeared tired and over worked. A number of them bordered on being rude and disinterested. It really appeared like most people didn't want to be there. In saying that our room attendant and main dining room waiter were very attentive and helpful but again seemed over worked. Also one of the ladies in the Spa area (Lydia) was also very helpful and happy. Staff appear to be more interested in selling you stuff rather than providing good service. This probably comes from the company pushing them to do this. Food in the Main Dining room was terrible. Overcooked, cold and bland. Food in the buffet was much better but lacked variety from day to day. The buffet area is too small with not enough seating. People/passengers generally very rude and every man for himself - not a good experience. Spa specials bordered on being dishonest. A hair wash and dry special for 18 euro's ended up costing 31 euro's once they added on the cost of the shampoo and the conditioner! 15% service charge added to everything as well as $15 for two people automatically taken as service charge - does this money go to the staff providing the service or back to the company... it certainly didn't improve the quality of the service. Challenges with them changing their key card system - didn't advise this was happening so key cards did not work to purchase drinks in the bar.... Entertainment - saw a few shows and they were ok to watch. The quality of the choreography and timing was pretty poor though. I won't be cruising on MSC again. Read Less

I do have to give myself kudos for my logistical planning as far as arriving at the port and getting back home but our experience on board the Armonia was AWFUL. I read as much info/fine print as I could about the cruise and this ship but was sure that the bad reviews weren't accurate; I was wrong and wish I had saved our money to do a Disney cruise instead. Children are free to stay and it certainly shows in the limited choices of children's activities on board. Our tickets were fairly cheap since I booked through a 3rd-person site which gives big/awesome discounts for military families. In all, mine and my husbands tickets were just under $700 which we thought was amazing for a cruise! I did read in the fine print that there were surcharges for services on board but I was NOT expecting to pay around 8euro every time we bought coffee, ice cream or had anyone hand us something that we couldn't get ourselves...on top of the price of whatever we bought. I would highly suggest, if you do decide to use this particular cruise line, to do some research on your destinations and book your own excursions instead of booking through the ship. I researched our destinations (Marseille, Palma de Mallorca, Corsica) and wrote down the addresses and places we were interested in seeing. If you can help it, take a taxi versus using the transportation services provided by the ship. They charged almost 20euro for adults and 12euro for children to use the bus for transportation to and from the dock at every destination but we ended up paying way less by just paying for a taxi ride. Once inside the cities, utilize the hop-on/hop-off buses or the little tourist trains which are minimal in cost and you get to see all of the highlights of the place you're in. If you have business to attend online, the wifi charges are absurd. We bought one hour of time for almost 17euro to check our email periodically since that was the only line of communication with family/work. You can't honestly tell me it costs that much money to have wifi aboard a boat, especially at the prices they charge for everything. Boarding: When we arrived at the port, we registered fairly quickly since we had already checked in online and printed a confirmation. They wouldn't allow us to keep our passports, which made us very uneasy since we are a military family and have always been told to NEVER allow our passports to be out of our possession. They in turn gave us a key-card for our trip which would get us on/off the boat and was linked to my husbands credit card to pay for anything we got on board since NO CASH is taken (which is stupid because we pulled out almost 1,000 euro in cash specifically for this purpose). They wouldn't allow us to take our luggage with us when boarding (which were only small carry-on suitcases since we traveled with Ryanair and didn't want the hassle of checking-in suitcases). We sat in our room waiting for our luggage to be delivered to freshen up after a 6 hour commute (which was just sat outside the cabin doors and several people lost their luggage due to thievery this way). Since we were starving by this time, we just left to get something to eat. Dining/buffets/bars: Our first night of dining was horrendous. After traveling all day, waiting on our luggage to be delivered and searching for the dining room, we were turned away at the door to the Marco Polo dining facility because we were "first seating" and arrived literally 15 mins late even though the itinerary says from 7-9pm. We were starving and our 5y/o child (who almost never eats) was crying he was hungry. No one pointed us in the direction of the buffets upstairs even after we told them that we had traveled all day and hadn't eaten since 11am that morning. We didn't get to eat until almost 10pm that night; that in itself was upsetting. The food was the biggest portion of our trip that I was looking forward to because it was a Mediterranean cruise, I'm expecting fabulous seafood and new dishes that I hadn't tried before! What we got was mostly fish, some extremely chewy sliced leg of lamb and veal. Since the menu is set up to be a 6-course meal, the portion sizes are very small and we figured this out the first night when I left still hungry! The only dessert choices are all COLD and consisted of ice cream (my son had no qualms with this choice), cold chocolate cake which was more of a brownie consistency and a very runny "coconut/pistachio cake" which didn't even hold it's form on the plate. The breakfast choices weren't much better and consisted of cold waffles with NO syrup, "raisin/cinnamon" french toast which had NO raisins or cinnamon and came out burnt with some sort of runny excuse for syrup and literally consisted of one piece of bread with the crust cut off. The juice is so watered down, it tastes like juice-infused water, my son wouldn't even drink it. It's almost as if they water it down just to make it go farther. The coffee is HORRIBLE!!! If you're a coffee connoisseur like I am, you will not appreciate this mud-water. It tastes like coffee flavored water with a slightly burnt aftertaste. I feel like they do this just so you will pay to buy coffee from the coffee bar on board. Oh, don't forget that 15% surcharge for a 4euro cup (literally 1/2 cup) of cappuccino with 2 inches of foam on top, so about 5 drinks of actual coffee...still makes me mad. We didn't find the upstairs buffets (on the 11th floor) until 3 days into our trip. The best food was the freshly made pizza buffet which was open at all hours. The Brassiere was okay, most of the choices were cold meats/cheeses/breads with a few "hot" items like rosemary potatoes, green beans or some sort of sausage/onion mix..we spent most of our meals at the pizza buffet. They have mugs and mud-water (coffee) and hot water with a selection of tea bags. The only FREE water you will get on board is the tap water in the machines at the buffets upstairs. You have to pay for every.single.thing. you drink except in these areas. Activities on board: For adults, if you like to gamble and drink, that's all there is to do. But this, of course, entails spending more money which they highly encourage. The shops (pharmacy, gift shop, clothing store, toy store) is extremely overpriced and has a very small selection of what you need. Almost every bar area allows smoking so the fact that a "cigar room" was in one of these areas was confusing if smoking was allowed in almost all areas of the boat. My husband and I couldn't enjoy our drink while watching the live band one evening because smoke was being blown on us from the casino which opened into the area we were in. Smoking areas are designated but aren't followed or enforced. We signed my son up for the daily activities for his age group but the only things for him to do in this small room was play with Legos, color printed out pictures and watch movies in a language that he doesn't understand. Needless to say, he went twice for about 2 hrs each time, and said he didn't want to go back. It broke my heart because I wanted him to enjoy our vacation but he ended up staying in the room with us, watching cartoons on the laptop and playing on the iPad. The nightly shows were all the same, just different costumes and music. It also would have been nice if the theater played movies during the day since they had the capability to do so. We didn't use the spa services because frankly, we couldn't afford it after discovering all the hidden charges that were forced upon us. The public areas were kept clean but all looked alike. The ship is full of glitz/glam but lacks real substance, in all honesty. Photographers were set up all throughout the 5th and 6th floors in the evenings and harass you as you walk by to take your picture. After the 3rd time, we just flat out refused and walked away, leaving them talking and begging us to take more pictures. Pools: The very small children's water area was extremely slippery, my son fell on one occasion and hit the back of his head. Some of the water toys didn't work and there was no actual kiddie pool for the kids to play in, just water streams to run through. The adult pool was no bigger than a king size bed, and that's no exaggeration! I never saw anyone in it other than a couple of teenagers jump in and climb back out. The two hot tubs were the only points of interest for everyone and with so many ppl getting in and out, I passed. I don't like sitting in other people's urine. The staff we encountered were very nice and all spoke English. Our waiters were always wonderful to us so we have no complaints with those who worked on board. Our biggest complaints would be the poor food served, the many surcharges that we were left with after it was over and being kicked out of our room at 8am and sitting around for almost 3 hours to disembark. Our bill that was left on the door was over 300euro and more than half of those charges were just surcharges, which is absolutely pathetic to me. After being kicked out of our room, we were told to sit in one of the lounge/bar areas until our designated time to meet (according to floor number) to leave the ship. Luckily, we held onto our luggage instead of letting them transport it for us back to shore so as soon as we walked off the ramp (couldn't happen fast enough for me) we grabbed a taxi and went straight to our train station. Overall, our experience was horrendous. The only reason I give this rating a 2/5 is because of the cleanliness of the boat and the friendliness of the staff. Other than that, it was a sorry excuse for a first-time experience in taking a cruise as a family vacation. Read Less

This was our first cruise with MSC and sadly will be our last.  Getting on the ship was easy, the room was good a bit small but alright for a week. The food was excellent quality but a bit samey but then they cannot just pop out to the shops. The waiter in our restaurant was brilliant. The Entertainment was the best we have ever seen on a cruise ship, the bar staff were good but some would rather had not been there. The Reception was a total waste of space, we had our daily programme delivered in French on the first night so we went to them to get an English version and request an English one form then on, quite simple? not a chance everyday it was is in French despite a daily complaint, even on the last day the disembarkation information was given in French i asked for an English one as it was quite important, the Receptionist just said they've all gone and we haven't got any. Getting off the ship at some ports we asked for some basic local information again they just said, without moving their eyes from the computer screen, "outside only" that was the help offered. The room was kept clean but we did have two dirty glasses left for 4 days, on one occasion they were actually moved to another part of the cabin. At 7 am everyday we were woken by the constant loud chatter and shouting from the room cleaners. I gave our waiter an individual tip but for the first time ever we had the gratuities removed from our bill. They were were not geared up for the English and were not worth a tip. Sadly the Reception and some staff let down the rest of the crew. Read Less

We travelled on MSC Splendida with our daughter and her partner. It was their first cruise and the itinerary was good. We fancied being spoilt for a week without worrying about a large bar bill at the end of the holiday so we chose to travel in the Yacht club. The trip to Marseille was good, as was the Holiday Inn Express near the station. The cruise port is a long way from the centre of town so be prepared for a 25 euro taxi ride. Embarkation went smoothly and our butler, Ishmael, escorted us to our cabins. The cabins were lovely with walk in wardrobe and well appointed bathrooms. The balconies are smaller than on other ships we have sailed on. Ishmael took us on a tour of the facilities available within the Yacht Club. Everything was beautiful with a large sun deck/pool and the Top Sail lounge with snacks and drinks always available. We went for lunch in the Olivio restaurant, specifically for Yacht Club and had an excellent lunch with good service. The restaurant is the other end of the ship, still on deck 15 so it either involves a walk along the outside deck or navigating through the maze of bars and restaurants on deck 6. Luckily Ishmael escorted us and explained the priority lift service. We sailed late afternoon in the rain and almost at once hit rough seas, maybe the Yacht Club's location at the front of the ship makes things feel worse than they are but it really was quite uncomfortable - only 2 of us made it to dinner! The centre part of the restaurant suffers from a bad vibration which in addition to a rough sea makes things quite difficult, the food however was very good. Breakfast is available in the Olivio restaurant or in the Yacht Club Top Sail lounge (cold buffet style), both were excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice and a good selection on the menu. Barcelona on Monday was a sad affair in cold monsoon like rain. No information was forthcoming on disembarkation - in fact, no information was forthcoming at all. On other cruise lines, the Captain has always said a few words each day but there were no announcements at all. Perhaps the ship was being sailed by remote control as we did not see one officer for the entire week. Monday night was very rough again and once again only 2 of us went to dinner. The seas got worse during the night and at 5:00 am I gave up and went down to Deck 5 and slept on a sofa for a few hours as it was so uncomfortable on Deck 15 - one of our party fell out of bed due to the rough weather. No information was available about the storm and it later transpired that we were on the edge of Cyclone Cleopatra which did so much damage in Sardinia. The seas did not improve for the entire week which really marred our enjoyment of the Yacht Club facilities. Tunisia was the next port of call where we had arranged a private guide who was fantastic. We didn't get hassled at all and had a great day - our guide's name was Ben Jebar mtbjebara@yahoo.fr Very reasonably priced and really knowledgable without giving too much information. We felt safe and were well looked after. The other ports visited were Palermo, Rome and Genoa before our return to Marseille. At each port, no information was forthcoming about which deck to leave the ship, where the shuttle buses were or even a basic map of the port. On NCL, for example, there is always a talk on the next port of call with a basic map and info on some shops and restaurants - on MSC, nothing! The shows in the theatre were ok but very short but there was little else on offer. We went to one quiz which was pitiful. There was a pianist in Yacht Club a couple of times during the evening but the sound was similar to a child's electronic organ. The violinist in the restaurant played the most depressing selection of music that I have ever heard. The ship boasts a 4D cinema which was also pathetic. The only English speaking tv channels available in the cabins are news - films are charged for. Summing up, the Yacht Club offering is very good but really only worthwhile if the weather is kind to you. MSC has very little else to offer and we would not repeat the experience.   Read Less

Reception Unlike the Royal Caribbean, the reception at the MSC was so cold. People here had a straight face and checked us in as if they were doing us a favor. As soon as we checked in, we were told to proceed to another counter where a person with a very stern face pointed a finger towards some papers, they were promoting packages. I asked them If I could see it after I have gone into my room as I was very tired. With a very cold and rude way I was told ok. I was quite surprised at this but I thot I was over thinking for no reason. On our 2nd day we realized that all our friends ( we had 7 or 8 rooms) had a 14 bottle water package which was given to us during our booking. For some reason we did not get this package. When I went to the reception desk, they rudely told me that this package is not included in our room. I tried to explain it to them that all my other friends have this package and we are on the same package but it was impossible to reason out. At the end I had to tell them that I did not care about this package and I left for my excursion. When I returned from my excursion, I saw the water coupons on my bed. I called the reception and thanked them. I don't understand why they had to fight and argue with a customer for a water package. They could have told me that they would check it and get back to me. The next day I got a call from the reception in my room telling me that I can not get two water packages. I told them that I do not want two water packages and that I had received my coupons from them. He banged the phone down. Shuttle Bus & Excursions The next day we docked off at Barcelona, as ususal we were directed to the shuttle bus but this time I first went to the ticket counter and asked them where the bus would take me and I was told that it takes us right up to "Ramblas" . I told them that we were 2 adults and 2 children, she told me that it was better to take the shuttle. We took the shuttle and it was really shocking because with in 3 min the shuttle stopped and we all had to get down and it was a good long walk to the Ramblas. I was very disappointed. On our way back I decided to take a cab back from the same point to the ship and I had pay Euro 4.5 by the meter. This was a total rip off, I went to the accounts desk and complained about it. The person behind the accounts desk (mr. claud or something like that , I cant rembmer) agreed with me and told me that these people are rip offs and its not done but he cud not do anything abou it and I had to sort it out with the excursion desk. I decided to do that. The desk was busy booking excursions at that moment and I waited. Once they were done, I went to the lady who was free and I told them about how I was mis led and over charged 4 times. She was so so rude (Ms. Sarah) and she said we don't own the taxi's here to know the charges. I told her that I am not here to fight or argue or to hear her rudeness. I had spend over 800 euro in the ship on just eating and drinking and another 26 euro did not matter but it was a matter of principle. And what they had done was wrong. She just walked away. I asked them to call the manger and they said "manager is busy else where" (patent reply all the time). I also checked that at Genoa we had gone to an aquarium which was only a 10min leisure walk and we paid euro 18 for an adult for a ticket. But at the cruise they charge you Euro 34 per person. Dining Experience (Breakfast / Dinner and Room Service) At the Dining room. If we ever ever asked for a dish extra, we were meant to wait and we were told by the waiter that this is not a done thing. I am so surprised. One day when I asked the waiter to please get us some rice and a chicken dish, after good 20 min we asked him what happened to the order and he made a face and said, how do you expect me to keep serving your table promptly. After 20 min we got that answer and and he says stop behaving like a kid. I was shocked at this answer. Another 5 min later , he got us plain rice with out the main dish and walked away. What were we meant to have the rice with? We were there for a week , so many things happened that I just can not tell you. One day at the breakfast hall, the table right next to ours had a tray which had around 10 glasses or orange juice and there was a waiter next to that. We asked him if he could pass us the juice and he said no it was not his job. Once we got the juice and sipped it, we realizd it was water put into some powder. Not even a Tropicana or any other orange juice. Can you believe this? Also at one time we asked a waiter to get us a spoon and he refused, we questioned that how can you refuse to do this and he said that they were not allowed to touch spoons etc as the management didn't trust them. One day we ordered room service and when the server came, we had 2 plates and 1 cup from the previous day which was not cleared, we asked him to take it away and we got a reply "this is not my job" One day I could not go for breakfast because my younger daughter age 5 was not well and I was waiting for my wife to come back from breakfast so I could go for mine but she came only at 10:15 so I decided to order from room service, when I called them I told them that I know that I am 15 min late but can I please get only a cup of coffee and a croissant. Of course it was stupid of me to expect anything, I got a reply "you can get as long as you pay for it" I was shocked at this horrible hospitality, I went down to the restaurant, ordered a cup of coffee and croissant, paid for it and gave a euro 5 tip but I refused to ever order room service. Over all a horrible experience. May be if it is your first cruise then you may be ok with all this but I had gone for a Royal Caribbean cruise before this and I had some at least some expectation. I paid less at Royal Caribbean and got a 7* treatment. I paid a 7 star price at MSC and got a treatment that even a 1 star property can not give. Upon Check out We were charged Euro 7 per person , per night for 7 nights that we stayed there, we were never informed about these charges. There was a document we received that this was up to us to pay or not, but we were given this and told we have to pay this. When we tried to reason out, they refused to listen to us, and when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told that the "Manager was busy else where'. We are charged 15% service charge for any anything that you order. So why this 7 euro per person charge which comes to over euro 100. Horrible staff, horrible treatment, horrible cruise experience. It is sad because they have a beautiful ship and just because their attitude, their cruise experience sucks. I suggest if they do not like certain country prople, do not promote this ship in that country. I got to know that we pay pay much more. I paid over USD 3300 for this cruise and I believe that for Italians its much cheaper by over 60%. So why give this horrible treatment to us. This is my first written complaint ever in my life, I think you all can imagine what we all must have gone thru that I have taken out so much of my time doing this. But please remember, never never ever take this Cruise, you will make a big mistake but if you by mistake , then surely do not take their excursions. They are total Rip offs. Read Less
