Overall the cruise was mediocre at best it's like a holiday inn but on water. I recently went on a 3 night cruise from Southampton on the Virtuosa. The dining restaurants were of average standard. The buffet restaurant was over crowded with lack of staff. The service chaotic. Too many people crammed into a short period with not enough staff. The reason i use msc is because kids go free. I have three children and simply cannot afford to pay adult prices for my whole family I'm an experienced cruiser, who has used all the major cruise lines. We Enjoyed them all immensely, but paid twice the price or even more. Despite not charging me for my kids, they then have a free kids club for each child and also take them for their meals. ...
